“Toxic Work Environment” is the New Metoo: Gal Gadot Says Joss Whedon was Mean to Her

The #metoo movement has now moved into “abusive and toxic work environment” witch hunting.

Here’s the latest example!

New York Post:

Actress Gal Gadot said she “took care of it” when “Justice League” director Joss Whedon became nasty with her during filming of the 2017 movie, according to remarks she made Saturday to Israeli outlet N12.

Whedon has been under fire for months after several actors on his projects, including “Justice League,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” accused the once red-hot director of being abusive and creating “toxic” working environments.

“He kind of threatened my career and said if I did something, he would make my career miserable and I just took care of it instead,” Gadot said during the Saturday interview.

Whedon has denied wrongdoing.

Gadot in the past lent her support to fellow “Justice League” actor Ray Fisher, who accused Whedon of “gross” and “unacceptable” conduct during filming.

“I had my issues with [Whedon] and Warner Bros. handled it in a timely manner,” Gadot said in a previous statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

I have no love for Joss Whedon, frankly.

(I think Firefly and Doll House were okay, Astonishing X-Men was fine, but since he’s gone big time, it’s all garbage.)

But this is not about Joss Whedon: this is about the basic reality that people who are working on creative projects are going to be direct and often times rude with employees. This is almost a universal truth. It is part of the nature of the work, and the nature of the kind of people who get involved in the work.

The Justice League movie was an extra special case, as Whedon was brought in to fix someone else’s movie that was already almost finished being made. That would be a really rough situation. Of course he’s going to be on edge and yelling at people.

Frankly, I’ve had problems keeping a staff here at the Daily Stormer in large part because I am “abusive” and “create a toxic work environment.” The biggest reason I can’t keep a staff is that I don’t have enough money, because here’s the thing: people tend to tolerate a “toxic work environment” when they are making money.

You can go watch any single documentary about Steve Jobs for the most infamous example of this. Jobs was ultra-abusive to staff, but everyone was well paid. Most importantly, however, his projects were successful.

This is a dramatized version, but it’s the same thing everyone reported about him:

This is part of why women in the workplace is such a toxic concept – men yell, they curse, they engage in “toxic abuse.”

I’m generally anti-anger, as a personal policy, but sometimes in a work environment, you yell as a means to motivate people into pushing themselves to the limit. That doesn’t have to come from a place of anger. Of course, when you can be calm and remain direct, you always should be, but when you’re working on big important projects and the team is not doing what you want – people are going to get yelled at! Fact of life!

Greatness requires people pushing themselves to the limit, and it is the boss’s job to get people to their limits. Sometimes (as in the above dramatic Jobs clip) you drive people past their limits and they have to go – that’s the way it goes! Virtually every great leader is known as an asshole! Leaders have to sacrifice a part of their humanity! The only great leader who is known as being a truly tender soul was Adolf Hitler – and look how he lost that war! Joseph Stalin was a total asshole! People hated him! But he sure as hell got things done, did he not??

FACTS!

Maybe if Hitler wouldn’t have been such a nice guy, we wouldn’t be living in this gay-anal cesspit!

Women don’t understand any of this. They view the professional environment as personal, when it is actually and literally the precise opposite of personal. For a woman, everything is personal.

Obviously, you’re going to have women in a work environment when making a film, just by the nature of it. But imagine putting women in work environments where they are not required. Why would anyone do that? (Aside from the fact that it is literally the law that you have to do that?)

Two things can happen: women can “win” by lobbying for a human resources revolution, in which case any project is going to suffer, or women can end up feeling abused and have psychological breakdowns.

Of course, I’m sure there are now faggot males coming out and saying they felt “abused” and things got “toxic.” This is just a new Marxist attack on competent people, as they try to replace competent white males with brown people.

Brown people, of course, cannot be accused of abuse, because as the master race, they are above reproach. So what you are going to end up with is abusive, incompetent brown people running everything in the Western world.

Meanwhile, China is actively promoting masculinity in society and in the workplace especially, and they could not understand such a term as “toxic work environment.”
