Why are there Peruvians in Italy?

A 41-year-old Peruvian man died in hospital Wednesday after being shot in the chest by a crossbow fired by a 63-year-old Italian artisan disturbed by a row the victim was having with another South American in the historic centre of Genoa Tuesday night, police said Wednesday.
The victim, Alfredo Javier Romero Miranda, died while undergoing an operation to remove the bolt.
The artisan, Evaristo Scalco, leaned out of his window and shot the Peruvian who was arguing with his fellow South American in the street below.
Scalco was disarmed and arrested by police.
He has been charged with murder.
If Italy were a sane country, they would’ve given this man a medal, and then arrested anyone who thought bringing in Peruvians was a good idea.
The man was upholding his ancestral traditions
