More Signs That the Biden Administration is Preparing to Give Up on Kiev If the “Counteroffensive” Goes South

This is not a predictions website. I am not a wizard, nor do I have insider information, so playing the part of predictor would not be logical for me.

I’ve always tried to make this very clear – I put out information and commentary, and sometimes I say what I think is most likely to happen.

It’s not being talked about regularly, but there are a lot of signs that the US is preparing to give up on the Ukraine (or rather, technically, scale it back and accept a new de facto border situation that causes Russia to stop pushing).

Right now, there is a lot of indication that if the “counteroffensive” doesn’t work out, the Biden Administration is going to start cutting losses and move on to building bases in the Philippines.

RT:

US President Joe Biden’s administration is “quietly preparing for the possibility” that Ukraine’s much-heralded offensive doesn’t deliver the “total victory” Kiev wanted, Politico reported on Monday, citing several anonymous officials.

While the US government’s public support for Ukraine is “unwavering,” officials have expressed fears in private that the White House could be caught in a crossfire of criticism should the attack fall short of expectations, the outlet said. The ‘hawks’ would claim the US and its allies had not given Ukraine enough weapons and ammunition, while the ‘doves’ would see it as proof that Kiev can’t win.

“If Ukraine can’t gain dramatically on the battlefield, the question inevitably arises as to whether it is time for a negotiated stop to the fighting,” Richard Haass, the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, told Politico. “It’s expensive, we’re running low on munitions, we’ve got other contingencies around the world to prepare for.”

One official, who requested anonymity, said the US had “surged” weapons and equipment to Ukraine and “nearly completed” all that Kiev had asked for. But behind closed doors, the US is “worried about what Ukraine can accomplish.”

This story was effectively behind closed doors as well. POLITICO didn’t get many references from other outlets, and Tucker Carlson is no longer on the air.

Politico originally reported that Ukraine had suffered 100,000 troops killed, but later changed that to refer to total casualties, including the wounded. The outlet also noted that Kiev’s forces have gone through “historic amounts of ammunition and weaponry,” and that “even the West’s prodigious output” has been unable to meet their needs.

The Pentagon now doubts that Ukraine can achieve its objective of reaching Crimea, though the US military still hopes it could “hamper” the Russian supply lines.

“Supply line hampering” means terrorism, which is what the US would switch to as its primary mode if they were to scale back.

POLITICO also reported this week that the US wants the Ukraine to slow down.

RT:

The White House has given Ukraine the same warning it delivered to the US-backed regime in Afghanistan in 2021, Politico reported on Monday citing anonymous sources in President Joe Biden’s administration.

According to the outlet, Washington has urged Kiev not to spread its troops too thin or overextend its ambitions. This is what Biden reportedly told Afghan President Ashraf Ghani at some point, before the US pulled out of Afghanistan and the Taliban took over the country.

The warning came in the context of US fears that the “ever-imminent counteroffensive” by Kiev’s forces might fall far short of expectations, leaving Biden open to criticism from both hawks and doves, at home and in Europe.

The New York Times printed a separate, similar story.

RT:

Ukraine has no guarantees of success with a counteroffensive against Russia, despite receiving Western weapons, training, and intelligence support, the New York Times has reported. An underwhelming outcome would likely prompt Kiev’s backers to press it to negotiate for peace, the newspaper predicted.

Kiev has long touted an upcoming push as the next decisive phase of the conflict with Russia. The NYT claimed on Monday that the offensive could be launched as early as May, although Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmigal recently assessed that it might not get underway until the summer.

According to classified documents shared as part of the Pentagon leaks, Ukraine is planning to use 12 combat brigades of about 4,000 troops each in its renewed campaign against Russian forces. The US and its allies have helped train nine of those units, with soldiers being taught to use Western-provided equipment and receiving tactical advice at American military facilities in Germany. Ukraine’s backers are also expected to provide it with intelligence for the proposed assault.

“Everything hinges on this counteroffensive,” Alexander Vershbow, a former US ambassador to Russia and senior NATO official, said of the future operation. “Everybody’s hopeful, maybe over-optimistic. But it will determine whether there is going to be a decent outcome for the Ukrainians.”

Kiev has ruled out negotiations with Moscow until it recaptures all the territories that it claims as its own. However, even with all Western help, “big gains are not guaranteed, or even necessarily likely,” the NYT warned. The newspaper cited Ukrainian battlefield losses, heavy expenditure of munitions, and Russian troops digging in and preventing the enemy from using Western-taught warfare as working against Kiev.

The disconnect between this and what is still running on CNN/etc. is staggering.

They are still doing the “eternal march to victory.”

Everyone in the government is lying to each other. They are watching the lying media and believing it, feeding it, watching it, feeding it, believing it.

Apparently.

It’s what you would typically call a circle jerk. That’s when a group of men, typically casual homosexuals in a university or elite primary school setting, all masturbate in a circle and ejaculate onto a piece of bread, then the last person to ejaculate has to eat the semen of the group. Or maybe that’s called something different. I’m trying to parse out my 1980s coming of age films for the terminology, and now feel a certain fear that 1980s coming of age films have been pushed out of my brain to make room for anger about black people in advertisements.

No, I mean. I consider complaining about the whole “advertisements are all black people now” pleb tier. But you can’t help but have it on your brain constantly. It’s a psychological operations agenda to make you forget those weird descriptions of homosexuals acts, just how Jewish The Karate Kid actually was, and just how cute Molly Ringwald actually was. I also can’t even remember what it looks like when Michael J. Fox turns into the teen wolf, which was maybe the best piece of stop motion ever, but which I can’t comment on because I don’t remember it and just think nonstop about smiling blacks – who don’t even look like Americans, but like they’re from Nigeria or something – buying a dishwasher. At this point, they’re going to start making Kwanzaa-themed home appliances.

Anyway, the point I’m really trying to make here is that these government people are incestuous with the media people and they’re really just jacking off on each other’s faces all day, and I just don’t think it’s right.

Anyway, you really need to print this photograph off and put it in your wallet and look at it periodically throughout the day so you never start to respect women:
