Drugs are not a real problem. The use of drugs is a problem. And the reason people use drug is that life is miserable.
Life is miserable because men are supposed to have meaningful work, a wife, and children to take care of. They are supposed to be surrounded by beauty.

The reason people do drugs is not because “addiction.” People do drugs because they work. Life is miserable and meaningless, and drugs fix that.
If you want to stop drug addiction, you have to fix the meaninglessness of modern life.
