Trump on Ye: “He was Great to Me. I Don’t Know What Statements He Made.”

Donald Trump was asked this week what he thought about Ye’s statements about his Jew son-in-law Jared Kushner and the Jews generally, and he endorsed him. He didn’t endorse the statements about Jews, but he said “he has been great to me and he was really great to the MAGA movement,” adding “I don’t know what statements he’s made.”

Obviously, everyone on earth knows what statements he made. So, what this reply means is “I don’t care about that stuff he said about the Jews.”

Donald Trump is headed back towards “Glorious Leader” status in my book. At this point, endorsing Ye is almost enough to get me to forgive the vax thing.

Ye is really the only man in America who matters.

Simply refusing to denounce him is not enough though. Everyone could have predicted this. Trump never denounces anyone who supports him. He’s refused to denounce me twice.

Trump needs to reach out and do some kind of collaboration. He doesn’t have to endorse the statements about Jews openly, but he should be supporting Ye as he’s being attacked by everyone.
