Brown people are protesting to get more Moslems? Is this Bizarro World?
I’ve had some contact with Indians throughout my life, and I can more or less tell that their entire race is somewhat autistic and neurotic. Many of them are also quite dumb.
However, all that aside, they do hate Moslems.
So this story is somewhat surprising to me.
Thiruvananthapuram: (IANS) Billed as one of the biggest protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act, Kerala’s CPI-M-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) on Sunday organised a human chain extending from Kasargod to the Tamil Nadu border near here, involving participation of an estimated seven million people.
They’re lining up for a human chain?
Indians love lining up for things.
What a strange way of protesting.
In any case, for background, the Citizenship Amendment Act was passed last month, and is all about allowing people from surrounding countries to get Indian citizenship – as long as they’re not Moslems.
Remember, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh used to be a single country under British colonial rule. When India gained independence, it split up into three countries along religious lines – with Bangladesh and Pakistan (which were originally a single country) being meant for the Moslems. The partitioning project saw Moslems from the area that became modern India and non-Moslems from the area that became Bangladesh and Pakistan moving by the millions in order to be with their co-religionists.
So Moslem Indians already have their own countries – two of them!
This act makes it possible for non-Moslems who still live in these Moslem regions and suffered persecution to come back to India and regain their citizenship. Obviously, this doesn’t extend to Moslems, since there’s no reason they would be persecuted in their own countries.
Yet some Indians are whining that this is unfair to Moslems? Do they really want a flood of Moslem “refugees?”
If Paki refugees aren’t accepted into India, Paki children will risk drowning in the sea… The sea that separates India and Pakistan.
Why are these Pakis even interested in fleeing their Moslem country? Is Pakistan perhaps an even worse shithole than India?
Survey says “yes.”
It turns out that Islam really does make anything worse.
People came out in large numbers to participate. After a trial at 3.30 pm, the chain running on the side of the National Highway from Kasargode to Thiruvananthapuram, a distance of about 600 km, began forming at 4 pm.
The preamble of the Constitution was first read out and then every participant took a pledge to be ready to give their lives to protect the Constitution, “which is now facing threat on account of the CAA by thTe BJP-led Central government”.
The human chain was the brainchild of the CPI-M and at the northern point in Kasargode, its Politburo member S.Ramachandran Pillai was first in the chain and at the southernmost end, at the Tamil Nadu border at Kaliyakevala near here, was another Politburo member M.A. Baby.
The CPI-M is, naturally enough, the communist party of India.
Imagine my shock.
“Kerala has always led numerous protests and also shown to the rest of the country, what very strong protests can lead to. This show has been near total and even though the leadership of the opposition is not taking part in this, numerous supporters have taken part and this shows that we are all one to a wrong decision of the Centre,” Baby told media soon after he finished taking part in the human chain.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, along with his family members, stood in the chain at Palyam in the heart of the state capital.
Soon after his participation, Vijayan told a public meeting that there were massive protests against CAA across the state.
“We can really be proud about how protests can be held peacefully when the entire population unites. Today also we have seen the same being repeated in the form of a human chain. The participation has been overwhelming and the message is very clear that we do not accept CAA as this divides people based on religion. Even various countries, as well as the UN, have said that this should not happen.
“In Kerala, we have already made it clear that neither NPR nor NRC will happen. We cannot rest until the CAA is withdrawn,” he said.
Though the opposition Congress-led United Democratic Front was not part of the chain as it was a CPI-M -organised protest, among those who came and joined the chain included Christian bishops, priests, nuns, Muslim clerics, film personalities, poets, writers, and numerous people from the socio-cultural fields.
Kerala is a region of India. Its population is around 33 million, and it’s around 26% Moslem. In other words, there’s between 7-8 million Moslems in Kerala.
The protests involve around 7 million people.
So this situation is basically as follows: Hindus and other non-Moslems in India made a law to save Indian minorities from Moslems in Pakistan and Bangladesh, and this led to whining, hand-wringing and protests from an alliance of communists and Moslems within India. A bunch of token liberals joined in to demonstrate their virtue.
Well, this isn’t really that important, as ultimately Pakistan, Bangladesh and India are all horrible shithole countries, and while being flooded with Moslems will make India much worse, it would be a barely noticeable difference.
What’s interesting is that even in a brown country like India, commies and Moslem minorities can make big waves like this to push for “diversity” and “human rights” and still gain some traction.
It really seems like this ride will never end – the barrel doesn’t have a bottom. It only has another, smaller barrel, and this goes on infinitely.
Soon, your favorite Bollywood flicks will be replaced with Moslem prayer hour. Sigh.
