Stephen Colbert will be leaving the popular Colbert Report to take over Dave Letterman’s The Tonight Show in 2015. Comedy Central recently announced that Colbert’s replacement will be Larry Wilmore, an unfunny black comedian whose routine consists of commenting on his blackness. Wilmore has appeared on The Daily Show as the program’s “senior black correspondent”.

Comedy Central said Friday that Wilmore will host “The Minority Report” at 11:30 each week night. An African-American, Wilmore will add a different perspective to a late-night landscape dominated by white males…
Wilmore has written for three shows, “The Bernie Mac Show,” “In Living Color” and “The Jamie Foxx Show.”
For an example of Wilmore’s lame black humor, here is a short video featuring his “random black thoughts”.
Note the complete lack of creativity and actual comedy. The other clips of Wilmore on youtube are almost all in the same vein.
Given the show’s title and Wilmore’s history of racial humor, it is clear that The Minority Report will deliver 30 minutes of non-white ridicule of European Americans. While Colbert’s show certainly mocked conservative White Americans as well, Colbert is undoubtedly much more talented than Wilmore. Maybe this new affirmative action hire is in response to Colbert’s “racist” Asian tweet . Or maybe this obviously anti-White choice has been in the works for some time.
It will be interesting to see how The Minority Report will fare with ratings. While the self-hating SWPL’s who watch Comedy Central would never have the racist gall to admit that they don’t actually like Wilmore, in the privacy of their own homes they might have the courage to not watch him.
