Actually, he was described as possibly African American.

Authorities have provided new information on a deadly shooting that occurred Thursday night at the Pinecrest Apartments complex in North Charleston.
A 24-year-old woman was shot to death by an unknown male suspect in the parking lot of an apartment building shortly after 6 p.m. Thursday, according to police.
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased as Elizabeth Aldridge, of Charleston.
Police say they found Aldridge lying next to a car suffering from a gunshot wound upon arriving. Officers say they attempted life-saving measures until EMS arrived, but paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
The victim was shot moments after another woman says she had kicked Aldridge out of her apartment for reportedly trying to steal items from inside the home, according to police.
Police have not said if they are treating the incidents as related.
The suspect in the woman’s shooting was described only as a possibly African American male, wearing a brown jacket and jeans.
