Update:

Well, it worked. They restored the video.

We are a power bloc now, boys. We have actual leverage. We can make demands.

Feels good, man.

With Open Gates: The forced collective suicide of European nations - Extended Cinematic 1080p

After 1.2 million views, and on the verge of going completely viral after it was posted on Breitbart, the /pol/ migrant invasion documentary entitled “With Open Gates: The forced collective suicide of European nations” has been removed from YouTube.

In it’s place appears a copyright claim from “[Merlin] IDOL.” This is a company which has repeatedly be accused of abusing the copyright reporting system on YouTube.

Here is a video from back in 2013 of someone complaining about this.

It’s from a gamer who is having his gaming videos removed by these people randomly.

[Merlin] and IDOL may be two separate companies. Their websites are worthless. They both claim to be music distributors, though how they own rights to all these things they are claiming to own rights on is unclear. Both names have appeared on different fake copyright claims, sometimes together and sometimes separate. Here is a blog listing them as top fake copyright claim offenders.

Most of the complaints about these people complaining are from the gaming community. Here is a thread on a gaming forum with some information about these companies.

This definitely looks purposeful. As if they are using a company known for copyright claim harassment to remove the video for political reasons.

Funnily enough, the maker of the video predicted that it wouldn’t be up long.

I would like to see a statement on this from YouTube, and from these companies, explaining exactly what was infringed so that the video can be edited and reuploaded in a way that agrees with the YouTube ToS.sa

All of the fake right-wing movements are able to post their material on YouTube without a problem. Infowars and Gavin McInnes do not get harassed. But a grassroots, organic movement produces a film that is gaining serious traction and they shut it down without explanation.

This is unacceptable.

Please pressure YouTube, demand that they make a statement on this. You can contact them on Twitter, @YouTube. I have sent an email to their press room.

I write for a political news site, and am interested in the deletion of the video “With Open Gates: The forced collective suicide of European nations – Extended Cinematic 1080p” found at this link:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44vzMNG2fZc

There is a copyright claim attached with two companies that have been repeatedly accused of illicit copyright flagging, and so many believe it appears that the video may have been deleted for political reasons.

Will you be able to provide specific details as to what the violation was so that the uploader may edit and reupload?

I understand copyright compliance, but the deletion of a controversial political video is understandably suspicious.

I will post any reply I receive here.

For the time being, here is a reupload with the sound muted.
