This is why they are going after Alex Jones. pic.twitter.com/4j3D2u6uQx

No one really knows what this means. In theory, Alex Jones will never be able to make money ever again, and will not be able to keep any of the money he has now.
These people will hunt you, they will destroy you.

These trials were insane, where Alex was issued default judgements without even being able to present his case. The fact that they were not dismissed in the first place was unbelievable. It is a well known fact that it is virtually impossible for public figures to sue for defamation, as once you make yourself a public figure, people have a right to form all kinds of opinions on you.
The argument was that these “families” of the “dead kids” were somehow not public figures, even though they were in public – on the TV – demanding gun control.
Iranian homosexual crime boss Oliver Darcy writes for CNN:
Right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Thursday moved to liquidate his personal assets, agreeing to demands from the families of Sandy Hook victims whom he owes more than $1.5 billion in damages over his lies about the 2012 school massacre.
It’s not proved they were lies.
None of this was ever dealt with in court.
If Alex would have been able to present the facts of the event in court, the reasons why he had questions as to the veracity of the events as told by the media, most people would have come to the conclusion that it was at least reasonable to be asking questions.
The seismic move paves the way for a future in which Jones no longer owns Infowars, the influential conspiracy empire he founded in the late 1990s. Over the years, Jones has not only used the media company to poison the public discourse with vile lies and conspiracy theories, but also to enrich himself to the tune of millions of dollars.
Even if he was making millions telling lies, he has a right to do that. It’s not illegal.
Prior to Thursday, Jones had resisted converting his personal bankruptcy into a Chapter 7 liquidation. But facing mounting legal pressure, he reversed course and caved to the demands of the Sandy Hook families, who have still not seen a penny from Jones since juries in Connecticut and Texas found him liable in 2022 for defamation and emotional distress. His lawyers said in a filing that there was “no reasonable prospect for a successful reorganization” and that continuing down the path would only result in additional expenses incurred by Jones.
I don’t know what any of that means.
It’s not clear how they’re even able to put pressure on him, other than putting liens on properties, which he could just keep disputing indefinitely.
The legal maneuver ultimately “means [Jones’] ownership in Free Speech Systems is going to get sold,” Avi Moshenberg, an attorney who represents some of the Sandy Hook families, told CNN on Thursday night, referencing the parent company of Infowars.
You might recognize the name “Avi Moshenberg” as a Chinese name.
Most of the families of the supposed dead children were also Chinese communists.
This was a big Chinese communistic conspiracy against Alex Jones, because he exposed them.
“Converting the case to Chapter 7 will hasten the end of these bankruptcies and facilitate the liquidation of Jones’s assets, which is the same reason we have moved to convert his company’s case to Chapter 7,” Chris Mattei, another attorney representing Sandy Hook families, told CNN.
Jones technically has not controlled the Infowars business for some time, given that Free Speech Systems has also filed for bankruptcy protection. The company’s business has, thus, been under the supervision of a court appointed restructuring officer.
A hearing is scheduled for next Friday to determine the fate of Free Speech Systems’ bankruptcy.
But regardless of what happens in that case, Thursday’s legal move sets the stage for a court-appointed trustee to liquidate Jones’ personal assets, which includes his stake in Infowars.
The liquidation of Jones’ assets does not mean that Infowars will cease to exist. Several outcomes are possible. The court-appointed trustee could sell the business to another owner, for instance.
Note that this story hasn’t been confirmed by anyone yet. But I suspect it’s basically true.
If Elon Musk was a real ride or die nigga, he would buy Infowars and then make Alex the CEO. Most likely, that will not happen.
However, it can’t possibly be worth that much. They are talking about him making tens of millions of dollars, but if that is even true (and the evidence is sparse), it was from selling supplements, not from doing a radio show. He didn’t even have any third party ads anymore. They were all his own ads for his supplements.
So the only value of Infowars is as a platform for Alex Jones to sell magic pills. There is no other value to the organization. “Liquidating it” would simply involve selling off the equipment from the studio, and the studio itself (if he owns that).
I will say again what I’ve said a billion times: when these people come down on you, your only choice is to flee the country to somewhere that is not friendly to the United States. At this point in time, that is starting to include like, most countries (although a lot still have extradition treaties, those are only relevant if actual crimes have been committed, and are not relevant to civil lawsuit bullshit).
I checked Alex’s Twitter and he’s not talking about this. He’s mostly talking about Joe Biden’s D-Day shitting incident.
Yes he did. https://t.co/QYbTrI7TGT

Just for the record: no one died at Sandy Hook.
