The iPhone slowdown conspiracy is what happens when your only product is a phone and your plan is to sell infinity phones forever.
It is what happens when you install an affirmative action CEO specifically because he sucks dick.

A lawsuit has been filed in California against US technology giant Apple after the company admitted to slowing down older iPhone models to keep them running longer.
According to the plaintiffs, Los Angeles residents Stefan Bogdanovich and Dakota Speas, Apple never requested consent from them to “slow down their iPhones.” The owners of an iPhone 7 and several older iPhone models, both claim they “suffered interferences to their iPhone usage due to the intentional slowdowns.”
The plaintiffs have noticed their “older iPhone models slow down when new models come out.” They are claiming damages from Apple because as they said the company’s actions caused them to suffer “economic damages and other harm for which they are entitled to compensation.”
Bogdanovich and Speas are trying to get the case certified to cover all people in the United States who own Apple models older than the iPhone 8.
On Wednesday, Apple acknowledged it had slowed down older phones. It said it has algorithms in place to help keep an iPhone running at optimal performance if there is an older battery inside that can’t keep up with the required power.
The company said it aimed to stop unexpected shutdowns of older iPhone models and keep them running to the best possible standard.
Obviously, they could just as easily have told us this information (everyone already knew this information about lithium ion batteries) and offered us replacement batteries.
Instead, they engaged in a conspiracy to slow your phone in order to force us to buy new ones.
I very often brag that I will never replace my iPhone 6, because there will never be another feature that I need. But over the last 6 months, it has continued to get slower.
Everyone experiences this same thing. And Apple has been gaslighting us for years on this issue.
I would infinity times prefer to buy a new battery for $100 than a $1000 new phone.
Check this: the iPhone 8 is lighter than my iPhone 6, feeling flimsy and plasticy. I haven’t gone in the shop to look at the X since it came out because I’ve already decided I wouldn’t spend that much on a phone – especially with the sort of reviews it is getting in an age when no new utility exists on these machines.
Both phones are less secure for dropping than the iPhone 6, which I drop all the time and which never breaks because it is metal.
I do not want to get a new phone.
This slowdown is a conspiracy against the consumer, and it is very sad that it is Apple doing it and not the gooks. You expect gooks to be cheaters. But this is what happens when you celebrate anal sex with men as a virtue and put these anally-fixed lunatics in charge of companies based on the perceived moral virtue of anal sex with men.
Homosexuality is a mental illness and the people involved in it are criminals by their very nature. They are a threat to society on every level – not just that of their fixation with abusing young boys. They will also slow down your phone.
