I don’t understand why this is terrorism.
Obviously, he should be charged as an adult and executed, but making it terrorism seems like some political snake game.
Terrorism is a very specific crime, and in fact, it shouldn’t even exist legally.
Premeditation doesn’t magically become “terrorism.”
They are charging this school shooter with “terrorism” so they can expand the use of that legal fiction.
Ethan Crumbley, the 15-year-old suspect accused of opening fire at his Michigan high school, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to one count of terrorism causing death, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault with intent to murder, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
The sophomore, who is being charged as an adult, allegedly fired more than 30 rounds in the hallways of Oxford High School on Tuesday shortly before 1:00 p.m., killing four students and wounding seven others, including a teacher.
He appeared in Oakland County Court by video on Wednesday, slumped over in a vest, white mask, and glasses.
Mark Keast, an assistant prosecuting attorney in Oakland County, told Judge Nancy Carniak that he doesn’t “have the words to describe how horrific” the surveillance video of the shooting is.
“He methodically and deliberately walked down a hallway, aimed the firearm at students and fired it,” Keast said. “After children started running away from the defendant, he continued down the hallway, again at a deliberate and methodical pace, pointing and aiming inside classrooms and at students who hadn’t had the opportunity to escape.”
The terrorism is single motherhood.
Why are they not charging the single mother?
Why is this “terrorism”?
Maybe this CNN article called “Here’s why the suspected Michigan school shooter has been charged with terrorism” can help us understand?
Let’s see…
Michigan law defines an act of terrorism as a “willful and deliberate act that is all of the following:”
“An act that would be a violent felony under the laws of this state, whether or not committed in this state.
“An act that the person knows or has reason to know is dangerous to human life.
“An act that is intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or influence or affect the conduct of government or a unit of government through intimidation or coercion.”
The criminal complaint against Crumbley refers to the third condition and says the act was committed against the Oxford High School community.
Wait, what?
Anything endangering human life is terrorism?
According to this definition, you don’t even have to be breaking the law.
This is stupid.
Maybe instead of laboring over some bullshit about terrorism, we should talk about what the virus agenda is doing to the mental health of teenagers?
Or the vaccine thing?
Or the single mother thing?
Maybe all three?
But nope – endangering life is terrorism.
Okay, faggot.
