This is an absurdly obvious observation.
The mayor of Baltimore says local leadership isn’t to blame for the city’s increasing homicide rate, telling reporters on Wednesday he’s “not committing the murders” himself.
Bernard “Jack” Young, who took office in May, said during his weekly press conference that “there’s not any lack of leadership of my part.”
“That’s what people need to understand. I’m not committing the murders. The police commissioner is not committing it. The council is not committing it. So how can you fault leadership?” he questioned. “You know this has been five years of 300-plus murders, and I don’t see it as a lack of leadership.”
Is this true?
Yes and no.
Black people will commit murders if you allow them to commit murders, because they are just naturally violent.
However, we know that they didn’t commit this violent crime back in the Jim Crow era. So we know that something changed to cause them to commit all these murders.
And most of that is government policy.
Removing the authoritarian system that controlled blacks was bad.
Not stopping the drugs from flooding the country was worse.
The other factor is Jewish-produced rap music, which encourages and celebrates violence in the black community.
Never forget what Gucci Mane said:

Jews ripping him off is standard, they do that to everyone, including white people and porno whores – but they actually told him to act more “gangster,” implying they actually want to encourage violence among blacks using this music.

This situation could all be regulated by the government. The type of obscenity that is in rap is probably not protected by the First Amendment. And even if it is, there are other ways that the government could deal with this situation.
However, all of these three things are things that the federal government is responsible for.
Is there anything a city can do to lower the murder rate?
Well, apparently. Because New York City has a lot of blacks, and nowhere near the murder rate of Baltimore, Chicago or Detroit.
So that local government is doing something. And it’s basically just much harsher policing. What with stop and frisk and the entire “broken window theory” policy plan. (Broken window works and everyone knows it, they just say it’s racism.)
Of course, any city other than New York that did this sort of thing would be attacked and condemned as evil and racist. That already happened in Chicago recently when they tried to deal with the murder rate. The entire Jewish establishment flipped out.
So why are they allowed to use these authoritarian tactics in New York City?
Well. Because that’s where the Jews live.
So is there anything the mayor can do to deal with the murder rate in Baltimore?
Pretty much no.
There are theoretical city policies that are possible and that work, but you’re only allowed to use them in New York.
