BASED Virginia Governor Refuses to Resign Over 35 Year Old KKK Joke Costume

If you don’t pay much attention to Virginia politics, and you’re sitting here thinking “I heard something else about Ralph Northam recently…” – you did. He’s the guy out there promoting post-birth abortions.

Literally two days after that, we get this.

The Guardian:

The Democratic governor of Virginia apologized for his appearance in a “racist and offensive” costume in his medical school yearbook, but he defied bipartisan calls to step down Friday evening and intends to serve out his term.

“I am deeply sorry for the decision I made to appear as I did in this photo and for the hurt that decision caused then and now,” said Governor Ralph Northam in a statement.

The photograph shows a person in blackface standing next to a person wearing the white robes and hood of the Ku Klux Klan. It is not apparent which figure is Northam, and the governor’s statement did not clarify that point, stating only that it shows “me from my 1984 medical school yearbook in a costume that is clearly racist and offensive”.

Other photographs on the yearbook page show a young Northam in a suit, wearing a cowboy hat, and sitting by a car. The page lists his interest as “pediatrics” and includes the following quote: “There are more old drunks than old doctors in this world so I think I’ll have another beer.”

The 59-year-old Northam was elected governor of Virginia in 2017, after having served a four-year term as lieutenant governor of the state. He had previously served in the US army, attended Eastern Virginia Medical School, and worked as a pediatric neurologist.

Northam’s admission that he was one of the figures in the photograph drew immediate calls for his resignation from across the political spectrum.

“Leaders are called to a higher standard, and the stain of racism should have no place in the halls of government,” tweeted Senator Kamala Harris, a top contender for the Democratic nomination for president. “The Governor of Virginia should step aside so the public can heal and move forward together.”

Fellow Democratic hopefuls Senator Elizabeth Warren and Julián Castro also called on Northam to resign, as did leaders of the NAACP, MoveOn, the pro-choice group Naral and the Democratic Super Pac Priorities USA also issued calls for Northam’s resignation.

The Republican party of Virginia (RPV) tweeted: “What Ralph Northam did was unforgivable. Given his statements on the right to life coupled with the most recent revelations, he has lost the moral authority to continue to govern and should resign immediately.”

Northam issued an additional statement, this time on video, addressing the calls for his resignation late Friday evening.

“I cannot change the decisions I made, nor can I undo the harm my behavior caused then and today,” he said. “But I accept responsibility for my past actions, and I am ready to do the hard work of regaining your trust … I am committed to continuing that fight through the remainder of my term.”

Putting aside the absolute insanity of retroactively enforcing political correctness to destroy someone’s life – we can put that aside because it is now taken for granted that this is the new reality – we must make the point that this absolutely was not considered politically incorrect at the time, because in general people have no idea what was going on thirty-five years ago. Either they weren’t alive or old enough to remember or they forgot.

Obviously, the picture wasn’t considered inappropriate at the time, because it was included in a yearbook. It was instead considered funny. It was not believed that anyone was “hurt” by this, anymore than it is currently believed that a black man painting his face white hurts white people and mocking them “hurts” white people.

Do you feel “hurt” by a black person putting on whiteface and mocking white people? Or are you just like “lol fuck that nigger”? Do you think it is maybe actually sort of funny to see a black guy pretending to be white?

It was funny as hell when Eddie Murphy did it. I will tell you that.

It is simply projecting pathetic frailty onto black people to assume that they are “hurt” by white people putting on blackface.

How emotionally fragile are we supposed to believe the most violent race on earth is? 

Blacks will go along with white people saying that it is wrong to put on blackface, but not because they are actually “hurt,” but simply because they generally do not like white people and will use any excuse they are given to attack them over whatever.

All that having been said, it is “racist.” But what does that have to do with anything? What matters is the context of the racism, which is the context of 1984, when this type of racism was socially acceptable.

Blazing Saddles came out in 1974, when Northam was 15.

It contains the same bit, along with a whole bunch of other stuff.

This film was extremely influential on boomers, and was watched by every single teenager in the country. It grossed $119.6 million on a budget of $2.6 million, and it is number 49 on the inflation-adjusted list of top-grossing films of all time. It is still considered a classic and is still sold on iTunes, even while Mel Brooks has said there is no way the film could be made today.

I’m not an expert on the history of comedy films, but I’m sure you can find stuff that was shown in theaters in 1984 which is the same level of “racist.”

So lynching Northam for this is EX POST FACTO PUNISHMENT, something which is explicitly prohibited by the US Constitution. Jefferson explicitly said that this should apply to both civil and criminal matters. Of course, technically this new phenomenon of retroactive enforcement of punishment for politically incorrect acts has nothing to do with the criminal or civil law, but is part of a separate, parallel metalegal system of media-driven social punishment. But the concept is identical.

And this won’t stop.

Right now, people in their mid-twenties could be media-lynched and forced to resign for making tranny jokes in their early twenties.

Think about that. 

Bipartisan Crucifixion

What is truly most incredible about all of this though is that Republicans are going along with it.

Because if they were actually simply concerned about getting him fired, it would be BETTER for them to say “oh come on, it’s a joke from 35 years ago, are you people insane?”

Saying that would pour fuel on the fire of the Democrat calls to remove him, whereas he can presently use the fact that Republicans are calling for him to resign in his own favor.

So this absolutely is not just some short-sighted political opportunism. Republicans actually believe that “resign for a racist joke you made 35 years ago which wasn’t even considered morally reprehensible at the time” is the appropriate position they should be taking.

Just fuck my shit up, fam. t. GOP

There is no country for white men, I will tell you that.

And it’s about time white male Democrats got that memo.

Looking at the Abortion Law in the Context of Hating Niggers…

Honestly, what Northam was saying about killing babies a few hours after they were born was not something I disagreed with ON THE TERMS HE WAS GIVING. He was saying that they should be killed after being born if they’re retarded or otherwise deformed. This is actually a straight-up Nazi position, that only the most hardcore of evangelical Christians could really make any argument against.

The problem, of course, is that the proposed law won’t actually say “the baby has to be retarded,” and then give strict legal standards as to what that means. Instead, it will be like the recent New York partial-birth abortion law, which says the decision to murder the infant is up to the “discretion of the doctor.” So that takes it from a sound policy of euthanizing retards into some kind of probable satanic ritual baby murder situation. Given what we know about the Jews and their satanic rituals, it just appears to be natural that this would be what was going on.

But now that we know Northam goes around dressing in blackface and/or KKK uniforms, maybe he really is just trying to euthanize retards, rather than do Moloch-style ritual human sacrifice?

Whatever his personal motivations may be, I’m obviously against the law because it will be used to do ritual infant murders in the name of the satanic Jew god. But it’s funny to think that maybe Northam himself just wants to cleanse the earth of retards.

But maybe… maybe the funniest thing was when Don Lemon started to tear-up about how he had to talk about this on the first night of Black History Month.
