Belgium Says They were Monitoring Three of the Attackers

Belgium is apparently a terrorist base, where the government does not even arrest known terrorists.

Please note that this is the exact reason that the US invaded Afghanistan in 2002. The Afghan government (Taliban) was accused of refusing to arrest known terrorists (al-Queda), accused of having allowed the 9/11 attacks to happen because they had been easy on terrorists living in their country.

At least three people believed linked to Friday’s Paris terror attacks were previously known to Belgian authorities, Belgian prosecutor Eric Van Der Sypt told CNN on Tuesday.

Two of those three suspects are dead and one remains at large. Ibrahim Abdeslam reportedly blew himself up in the attacks. Bilal Hadfi was one of the suicide bombers who struck outside the Stade de France, according to several sources. And Abdeslam’s 26-year-old brother, Salah Abdeslam, is the target of an international manhunt.

Van Der Sypt told CNN’s Ivan Watson that police questioned the Abdeslam brothers in February.

“Ibrahim tried to go to Syria and was sent back by the Turks in the beginning of 2015,” Van Der Sypt said. “It was after that that we questioned him.” Both brothers were released, the federal prosecutor said, after they denied wanting to go to Syria.

He said Belgian authorities were also trying to keep an eye on Hadfi. “We knew he was in Syria,” Van Der Sypt said. “But what we didn’t know is apparently he was back, as he blew himself up in Paris. But we had no knowledge of the fact that he was back in Europe.”

How incompetent are these people?

I suppose with an open border though, it’s very difficult to track the comings and goings from the Middle East. But we have to have that because it’s so sad these countries are poor.

The question now is: should we invade Belgium, a know terrorist haven? It would, objectively, be more logical than punishing Assad for this, as the Jews are trying to do.

All European governments are scurrying to stop follow-up attacks. Obviously, there is no actual way to do this 100%, given that attacks could easily be carried out without prior electronic communications about them, and most of these intelligence agencies appear to be lazily relying almost entirely on electronic communications.

France is under a state of emergency and struggling to come to terms with the horror unleashed by ISIS on the streets of its capital.

Security forces conducted more than 128 new raids around the country overnight, Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said Tuesday during a radio interview.

German police have arrested five people in connection with the Paris attacks, according to a police statement released Tuesday. Two women and a man were arrested in one operation after police received a report of suspicious persons in the town of Alsdorf, police said. Two more people were arrested in another operation in Alsdorf, according to police.

A major Belgian police operation Monday in the Brussels suburb of Molenbeek, an area with a history of links to Islamist terror plots, failed to yield any arrests.

Declaring the country is “at war,” French President Francois Hollande has proposed extending the state of emergency for a further three months along with sweeping new anti-terrorism laws.

French warplanes have launched wave after wave of airstrikes on ISIS’ de facto capital of Raqqa in northern Syria in recent days, the latest taking place early Tuesday.

Note that Sweden isn’t being mentioned, even while they’ve admitted they are the number one ISIS recruitment spot in Europe.

They’d better hurry up and shut these people down, otherwise people are going to lose faith in this program of ethnic replacement and Islamization.

And the most important thing on earth is that all of Europe becomes a brown Islamic state. We cannot allow anything to endanger this mission.

The bloodshed unleashed by Islamist extremists in Paris has deepened fears of Muslims in Central Europe and is threatening to create an atmosphere even less welcoming for those fleeing war in the Middle East.

On the Slovenian-Austrian border over the weekend, the armies of both nations strip-searched migrants on their westward march amid heightened security, causing large numbers to build up at a refugee camp.

That one of the suicide bombers appears to be a Syrian who passed through Greece in October is also deepening a belief among many that the refugees should be seen as potential terrorists.

Yeah, I can see how a refugee committing a terrorist attack would deepen the belief that refugees could be terrorists.

Racist and evil as it is, I can see how that would happen.

Joanna Fomina, a migration expert at the Polish Academy of Sciences, said expressions of anti-Muslim sentiment have exploded online since the Paris attacks, with some people essentially saying “I told you so” or saying Muslims should be gassed liked Jews during the Holocaust.

Maybe start arresting more people for free speech?
