Ben Affleck Quits Batman – Will They Finally Make a Black Batman Now?

It turns out that being in DC movies is nowhere as prestigious as being in Marvel movies.

In fact, playing Batman is a way for a drunken divorcee to completely destroy his professional career.

Variety:

Ben Affleck is hanging up his cape and saying goodbye to Batman.

In an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Thursday, the actor explained why he will not be returning as the Caped Crusader in the 2021 film “The Batman,” to be written and directed by Matt Reeves. Affleck is retiring from the role after playing Bruce Wayne in only three movies: “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” “Suicide Squad,” and “Justice League.”

“I tried to direct a version of it and worked with a really good screenwriter, but just couldn’t come up with a version, I couldn’t crack it,” Affleck told Kimmel. “So I thought it was time to let someone else take a shot at it. They got some really good people, so I’m excited.”

Affleck probably can recuperate. Maybe. He directed a couple good movies.

But what an embarrassing mess. George Clooney quit after one bad Batman – he did three.

I actually watched these films and they were horrible.

But here’s the thing: people need to start demanding that Batman be black in the next film.

Or better yet, trans.

Both.

Batman should be a black tranny. Period.

So go out there with fake accounts and make that demand. Or go out there with real accounts and say “I’ve heard of the plans to make Batman black and trans and I’m sickened by it.”
