This is not true at all.
Everyone knows this isn’t true.
According to his own numbers, this is nowhere even close to true.
Why is he saying it?

And of the 30% who were adult men, how many were Hamas?

There isn’t any evidence that any serious number of Hamas have been killed at all.
There sure are a lot of dead babies though.
