Good on Rand Paul for slowing this war train down a bit.
He tried – credit where due.
We sent $40 billion out before lunch and they want to send $48 billion more after lunch. It's time to end the bailouts. pic.twitter.com/GzkVZk2oPH

But there was never any stopping it.
Both parties agree we need a war with Russia – public opinion be damned!
RT:
US President Joe Biden signed into law a massive $40 billion military and economic aid package for Ukraine on Saturday. Biden inked the document during his visit to South Korea.
The document, titled the “Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act 2022,” was flown to Seoul specifically for Biden’s signature. The move appears to have been more symbolic than practical, as the US President could have legally have directed a subordinate to affix his signature.
The legislation was passed by the US Senate on Wednesday, receiving the overwhelming support of 86 senators against 11. All of the senators who opposed the bill were Republicans.
Good on those 11.
Obviously, the only reason they did it was pressure – and anyway, they also knew it was going to pass anyway – but hey, 11 is a start, right? We just need 5 times that and we can avoid a world war.
But actually, it’s already too late, because we’re already in a world war.
Sorry!
Maybe we should have fought harder over 2020 election fraud, huh???
It’s unclear how this money is going to affect Russia. Maybe it’s all just corruption money which will just be funneled to Israeli bank accounts.
But probably, at least some of it is going to fund actual weapons for the Ukraine, some of which will actually be deployed.
Baby formula shortage, record inflation on goods, gas prices through the roof but yeah keep giving money to other countries. Great idea!

When can the people that pay the taxes veto this !!!! This country is in shambles doesn’t matter what party runs it . There should be a vote by its citizens every time our government wants to do this !
