Are we ready to ban Blacks yet?
Or at least restrict them somehow?
It took the jury four hours to return a guilty verdict in the Larry Brown murder trial.
Prosecutors say in November of 2012, Brown rode his bike over to the apartment complex where Michael Valentin worked as a security guard and shot him dead because he wanted his gun.
But Brown’s attorney argued there is no evidence connecting him to Valentin — no gunpowder residue, no blood evidence and no DNA linking him to the crime.
But the jury clearly believed the prosecution when they called Brown a cold blooded killer.
Brown was found guilty of first degree murder and armed robbery.
His sentencing date has been set for February.
Because Brown was sixteen at the time of the murder, he cannot be sentenced to life in prison, according to a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year.
