If a nagger has a dog it’s only for pit fights or to protect his drugs.
They do not like dogs. They do not care for their dogs.
When DeSoto Animal Control and the deputy arrived at the address. three dogs could be seen from the road that appeared to be severely malnourished. Six more dogs were located at the residence. All nine dogs appeared to have been deprived of adequate water, food, or shelter during the 100+ degree weather.
One dog was located with severe injuries to it’s facial area, while eight dogs were tied to a tree by heavy chains. No residents were home at the time.
All nine dogs were seized by DeSoto Animal Control and taken to the animal shelter. It was learned that the address was registered to Otis C. Williams Jr., 35.
Williams was placed under arrest and booked at the DeSoto Parish Detention Center. He was was charged with nine counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
