A man is in jail tonight accused of sexually assaulting a patient at a local nursing home.
Deer Park police charged Samuel Onyenweaku with rape.
Investigators say he attacked the victim at the Amber Park nursing home on East Galbraith Road earlier this week.
Police have not said how he knows the victim or how he is tied to the nursing home.
A judge set his bond at 500-thousand dollars on Wednesday.
