Blacks: They know how to ruin your holidays.
WBNS:
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has identified a man accused in a deadly shooting on Thanksgiving day in the Hilltop neighborhood.
18-year-old Da’Juan Mankins has been charged with aggravated murder in connection to the shooting death of Glen Stepp on November 26.
Police were called to the 20th block of Volney Avenue after a 911 caller reported a person was shot in a nearby alleyway.
29-year-old Stepp was found with at least two gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives believe robbery may have been motive for the homicide.
Mankins, who remains at large, is described as a 5’10” black male, weighing 215 pounds with a tattoo on his face, neck and upper body. He may be in west Columbus or possibly in the Hilltop or Franklinton area. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
