A man accused of sexually abusing a 9-year old girl who was one of his Taekwondo students has been found not guilty.
Adrian Spellen was found guilty on one count and a mistrial on child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
The victim, who is now 11 years old, testified on Monday. She told jurors Spellen summoned her into a front room of Powerkicks Martial Arts in Lithonia and molested her on four different occasions.
The prosecution has option to re-try the case.
Spellen is free to return to his home.
