A woman’s husband turned himself in a day after his wife was found dead in abandoned home.
Guido Henry, the husband of Amber Henry, turned himself into police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Henry is in Franklin County Jail on a felony charge of abuse of a corpse.
Friends tell 10TV that the couple has two children – a 4 year old who now lives with his grandmother and a 12 year old who lives with her aunts.
A friend, who asked we not show her face for her safety, says the couple fought all the time.
Still, she can’t understand why Amber’s life ended the way it did.
“He supposedly loved her why would he do something like that? If you love something that long you wouldn’t dump them in an abandoned house you’d get them help, she said.
A neighbor who called 911 said she saw a man pulling a large tub down the alley with a woman inside. When her boyfriend called out to the man he told the man she’s drunk.
Officers later found the woman’s body at the bottom of the stairs. Detectives believe she was thrown down.
Police are calling Henry’s death suspicious until her autopsy is complete which is expected tomorrow.
Guido Henry faces a judge tomorrow.
