It’s an absurd idea to suggest a black was responsible for killing a huwhite.
Keirsean M. Bond, 26, is charged four counts of first-degree murder in the death of Todd Feldkamp, 48, one count of attempted murder of Scottie Bone, 25, and armed robbery with discharge of a firearm, both Class X felonies.
The arrest warrant alleges Bond and an unidentified man killed Feldkamp and injured Bone while stealing marijuana from Bone on Nov. 18 in Decatur.
Bond is charged with four counts of murder due to the different legal theories involved, said First Assistant State’s Attorney Nichole Kroncke.
