This is nothing compared to the Holocaust, where Adolf Hitler was able to kill 1000 people per second and incinerate their bodies with nothing more than a wink.
The coronavirus killed city residents at a rate of more than one per hour on Friday.
Between just 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., 14 people in New York City died from the virus, pushing the Big Apple’s total death toll to 43.
The toll had been 29 prior to Friday’s jump in deaths.
It was the first time that the city’s single-day toll had hit double digits.
And the city’s Health Commissioner, Dr. Oxiris Barbot, warned New Yorkers that double-digit daily deaths may well become the new normal, at least for a time.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if we get to a day when we have double-digits new people dying every day,” she said at a City Hall press conference Friday afternoon.
Color me unimpressed.
I want to see a million boomers dying every second for what they’ve done to my finances with their stupid panic.
But the boomers are losing their minds, so I hope you are one of these people stocking up on guns.
Gun sales are on the rise in America, but it may take you longer to get one as the coronavirus pandemic continues due to the increased pressure on the background check system.
Jay Wallace has worked in the gun industry for more than 40 years. He says he usually sells about 100 guns a day at his store in Georgia Adventure Outdoors.
“We’re selling five times that amount right now. Our staff is pushed to the limits. There are more firearms being sold right now probably than ever before” Wallace said.
Wallace believes gun sales are up because, he says, “People more than ever are feeling personally responsible. They feel like it’s at their doorsteps and they’ve never experienced that before.”
Guns are going to be a helluva lot more useful than food after the apocalypse really gets rolling and we’re all living in a Walking Dead type situation.
Hell, they’ll be even more useful than toilet paper.
If you have the guns, it doesn’t matter who has the food and toilet paper – you can take it from them.
You can also take their women and their gas generators that you can use to watch anime and blast “Hot Boys” tracks for inspiration on your raids.
Cuz the boys will be at war.
