Is this not the precise reason why we have an army? Where are they? What are they doing? Oh yeah, I forgot – they have more important things to do guarding the Jew’s poppy fields in Afghanistan.
The border crisis is now so severe one officer shrugged, saying: “We are overstretched and there is not much we can do.”
Experts estimate as many as 12,000 refugees make a bolt for Britain through Calais each year.
Today the Daily Express witnessed chaotic scenes as gangs of vagrants risked their lives attempting to jump on the back of moving freight trucks.

Giving the first detailed account from the front line of the fight, the unnamed officer aid: “There are just two or three patrols – just seven of us maximum – and hundreds of them trying to get to the UK. We are powerless to do anything.
“If they are arrested and questioned they always blame someone else because they know they will be released in a couple of hours to try again.
“They all want to go to Britain. They wait until there is a traffic jam at the ferry terminal approach gates and take their chance to jump on the back of lorries.
“You can see them crouching on the grass bank. And, yes, some are successful.”
The public holiday next week will see the situation worsen as scores try to take advantage of chaos on roads around the terminal.
Today the port was awash with migrants who have fled war-ravaged countries like Sudan to try their luck as stowaways.
At lunchtime, a hooded group of five men and a woman spent an hour hugging the dual carriageway at the port entrance.
