California: Guy Arrested for Allegedly Having a “Kill List” of Jews

So this could be a hoax, or not.

I don’t know.

He didn’t actually do anything. I don’t know how a list of the names of Jews was a “kill list” unless it said “kill list” on the piece of paper, which I’m assuming it did not.

And I would think if they had a more solid case against him, they would be presenting more evidence, and they wouldn’t be giving him bond.

CBSLA:

An Irvine man is charged with hate crimes for threatening to kill Jewish people and possessing anti-Semitic literature and ammunition.

Wait which of those things are illegal?

Credible threats are illegal – but did he make any credible threats? Did he make any threats at all?

Possessing anti-Semitic literature and ammunition (was the ammunition also anti-Semitic?) is definitely not illegal.

Nicholas Rose, 26, was charged in court Thursday with attempted criminal threats, violation of civil rights and the sentencing enhancement of a hate crime, which carries a 6-year, 6-month sentence.

Officials say a Rose family member tipped them off to his potential violence.

Officials said on or about April 16, 2018 Rose told a family member that he wanted to kill people while making threats against Jewish people.

Yeah, I don’t think that’s illegal.

Unless he made a statement about immediate plans to kill someone, it isn’t.

The family member contacted the Orange Police Department.

The police investigated. They went to the Irvine home where Rose — an ESL teacher — rents a room. They accuse Rose of being in possession of .22 ammunition, anti-Semitic literature, “kill lists” of prominent Jews in the community and entertainment industry, a list of steps he allegedly called “Killing My First Jew.”

Yeah, okay. Well, I can see why they arrested him I guess, if that is true.

Though I can’t imagine the charges will stand.

Officials said Rose also possessed papers referencing at least one church and one synagogue in Lake Forest, less than five miles from where he was living.

CBS2’s Stacey Butler reports Rose was also targeting a Russian Orthodox church as well as a Greek Orthodox church believing they “were sympathetic to the Jewish cause.”

Well, that’s weird…

Rose is being held on $500,000 bail.

The problem of people wanting to kill Jews is a unique problem.

Because I understand it. And it is sort of the automatic thing that the male brain does when it learns about all the things that these Jews are doing to us – the instinct is “we have to start killing these fucking people.”

I totally get that.

However, it is just a fact of reality that nothing good can come from actually following through on that instinct. Which is why the number one thing that feds do when they infiltrate a group is start encouraging them to commit acts of real violence.

It gives authorities wide-ranging ability to crack down on political dissidents. To just shut the whole thing down.

Furthermore, I genuinely believe that we are currently going through a real cultural transformation, which will lead in the not-too-distant future to us having the ability to state our views publicly without the fear of being viciously attacked physically, losing our jobs, being cut off from the financial industry, etc.

I think we are very close to a big breakthrough. And a spree-killer assassinating Jews would set us back decades in that process. Because after such a thing happened, every time someone heard someone talking about the Jews, they would think of those killings, and it would make them automatically turn off.

So the morality of killing Jews doesn’t really enter into my calculations here. It would be very difficult to make an argument as to why Jews do not deserve to be killed. Maybe the argument can be made, I don’t know, that isn’t my job. I have never seen Jews try to make the argument themselves, which certainly leads me to question whether or not there is such an argument.

But that isn’t the point. The point is that actually doing that seriously damages what we are trying to do.

So I just want to again reiterate the point that I have made so many times on this site: please, do not do anything violent.

And please, if you know someone who you think is thinking about doing something violent, talk to them. Tell them that what they are doing will harm the cause of white struggle. Talk them down. Explain that it isn’t worth throwing their life away for something that isn’t going to help anything – and is sure to harm things.

I think that the biggest thing that leads people to wanting to commit these acts is a feeling of hopelessness and isolation, as much on a personal as a racial or political level. So I do encourage people to join Book Clubs, to get active in communities where you guys can be there for each other, and to get healthy physically, spiritually and emotionally.

That is the best thing you can do for the cause: becoming the best man you can be.
