The traditional (and proven) way to discipline students is to beat them with an axe, but now in Commiefornia teachers can’t even suspend students. Smdh.
One of the big problems in the lawless hell that is California is that it’s getting very difficult to give even high school degrees to the ever-growing population of brown primitives populating the state.
After all, most of these people barely speak English, have no interest in learning anything or having a career that doesn’t involve dealing drugs, and are also genetically predisposed to being violent savages.
But even all that can still be more or less glossed over by sufficiently lowering the standards, to the point where having a steady pulse is enough to graduate.
But all the standard-lowering and number-fudging can’t compensate for the fact that these brown students are getting ejected from class and expelled from school for behaving like the unruly primitives that they are.
How do you even award a degree to a student that spends most of his time suspended for smoking weed in class and assaulting teachers?
Thank God the Jewtopia of California has the solution: make all forms of basic discipline illegal.
New laws taking effect in 2020 will impact schools across California.
Starting next school year, it will be illegal for public schools in the state to suspend students in first through fifth grade for willfully defying teachers or administrators.
Then, from 2021 through 2025, it will be temporarily extended to kids in grades six through eight.
Supporters say suspensions for willful defiance are disproportionately used against students of color.
Another new law — a mandatory change to school start times.
The law is set to be phased in over the next three years. High schools can start no earlier than 8:30 a.m., and no sooner than 8 a.m. for middle schoolers.
The controversial measure could be costly, state legislative analysts have said some schools may end up spending millions to accommodate the adjustment.
Limiting and banning smartphone use is at the center of another law affecting schools in 2020.
School boards will have the power to ban devices with the exception of emergencies or other special situations, such as medical reasons.
Supporters say smart phone use is linked to lower student performance and interferes with the educational mission of schools.
Obviously, banning smartphones from school is an obvious thing that should have been done everywhere years ago.
You can’t learn anything when you’re constantly distracted by your phone.
As an aside, it’s also very hard to learn anything when youths with raging hormones are crammed like sardines in mixed-gender classrooms with loose dress codes.
To a 15-year-old boy, very few things are more interesting than girls’ bodies – and math definitely isn’t one of those.
But seriously though, schools are now basically maximum security prisons where the prisoners have all the power and the wardens can’t do a single thing about anything.
After all, most forms of classroom discipline have already been outlawed long ago. Teachers can’t rely on corporeal punishment. They can’t even be rude to students. Suspending students was the last line of defense that allowed teachers to ensure a minimum of order. But now it’s gone.
Imagine having to teach algebra to a classroom full of aggressive, hateful Mexican and Black gangbangers, while having no power to hit them, insult them, kick them out or suspend them.
It’s such a nightmare that being a Californian high-school teacher should be a punishment reserved for the worst class of criminals, such as murderers, rapists, Jews and politicians.
A world of pure pain, without end.
These Californian schools have shed all pretense of being “educational institutions.” They’re nothing more than big concrete boxes to hold the next generation of criminals for a decade until they’re ripe and ready to be released on the streets.
