Thomas James Capers.
This wacky jig should have been arrested based on physiognomy alone.
Yikes.
WCIV:
North Charleston Police Department arrested Thomas James Capers, 31, and charged him with murder in connection to a North Charleston man found shot to death on September 24.
Officers say they responded to the 7800 block of Northside Dr. around 3:15 PM and found Jonathan Spitler, 35, dead from a gunshot.
While investigating, officers say they located a vehicle Capers was driving, pursued him, and arrested him on foot after he crashed on charges related to the chase.
Officers say they found a gun in a bag Capers tossed during the chase that matched the gun used to kill Spitler, and confirmed it was the murder weapon after more tests.
Capers has also been charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
He is being held at the Charleston County Detention Center.
