Winter Haven Police have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Charles Anwhar Roberts (DOB 12/13/76) for four counts of Sexual Battery on a Child/over 12 under 16 (F-1), Child Abuse (F-3) and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (M-1).
Roberts is believed have moved to the Sebring area more than a month ago.
The incidents involved a 13 year old that occurred in late March 2013 while Roberts lived in Winter Haven.
Roberts has served time in the Florida State Prison and has a criminal history dating back to 1996 that includes numerous drug charges for possession and sale of cocaine and marijuana, battery and resisting arrest with and without violence.
