Donte Conard.
Blacks never invented a system of law, a written language or even the wheel… yet we allow them to drive vehicles propelled by internal combustion engines.
Doesn’t that strike you as a little foolhardy?
The 48-year-old man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed four people was arraigned in Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday afternoon.
Donte Conard faces a total of 11 charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, possession of cocaine, and OVI.
A 22-month-old boy, his parents, and a 47-year-old woman died during the Oct. 19 crash just before midnight near the intersection of West 58th Street and Adams Avenue.
Crash investigators from the Ohio State Highway Patrol say Conard ran a stop sign at speeds in excess of 75 miles per hour.
If convicted, this would be Conard’s fifth OVI conviction.
