You should never date, get in a car or relax with Blacks.

This bitch did all three, and she’s surprised she’s dead?

Cedric Dewayne Toler is accused of causing Ashley Diane White’s death by speeding and driving under the influence of drugs, according to records obtained by AL.com. Toler, now-29, was 28 when the crash happened. White, of Gurley, was a passenger when they crashed on U.S. 72 near Shields Road on Oct. 17, 2016. She died at age 31.

Toler’s eastbound 2000 Lincoln Towncar was traveling an estimated 105 mph when it ran off the left side of the highway, according to a Huntsville police crash report. As Toler turned the vehicle back to the right, it traveled across both eastbound lanes. The car landed sideways in ditch, striking a utility pole on the passenger side, the report states. The car wrapped around the pole, which broke at its base.

“The utility pole transformer blew, dropping sparks on the car (and) catching it on fire about 10 minutes after the wreck,” the crash report states. “The car caught fire from the gas leaking from the gas tank and burned the car up totally.”

White was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene. Toler was taken to Huntsville Hospital for treatment of injuries. A sample of his blood was sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for drug tests. Court documents released this past week allege Toler was under the influence of “several controlled substances” when he “recklessly” caused White’s death. A Huntsville police officer wrote in the initial crash report that Toler appeared to be on drugs. Authorities have not made public which drugs Toler is accused of using.

Huntsville police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Ware said Toler was arrested on a warrant for manslaughter nearly a year later, apparently after blood tests confirmed officers’ suspicions of drug use. Court records do not identify a defense attorney or prosecutor on the case. Toler is held in the Madison County Jail with bail set at $30,000.
