An unhinged man who prosecutors say vowed to “kill every white” person during a violent three-day spree is off the streets and behind bars.
Kevin Raphael is accused of descending on three unsuspecting men in late July — including one who was walking with his pregnant wife — while shrieking anti-white sentiments. He allegedly punched two of the men in the head and face as they sat on the bus.
“What are you looking at? What are you looking for? I kill white motherf–ers like you,” prosecutors say Raphael told the man and his wife in Crown Heights on July 29, while gesturing to his waistband as if he had a gun.
The next day, Raphael allegedly sauntered up to a law student as he sat on the B25 bus, and said, “I hate all you white motherf–ers. You’re a f–t,” before punching him in the face.
The 39-year-old wrapped up his rampage on July 31, when he boarded the B41 and approached a doctor and allegedly started pummeling him.
“You white motherf–ers think you got it like that. You white motherf–ers,” he yelled as he wailed on the commuter, who suffered a concussion from the blows.
He was arrested on July 31, but has repeatedly refused to leave his cell to be arraigned on the charges. He finally appeared in Brooklyn Supreme Court Wednesday, after a judge issued a force order demanding his appearance.
Raphael was indicted on a 13-count indictment, which includes third-degree assault as a hate crime and related charges.
