Congress to Further Trample Obama’s “Legacy”

Tfw no legacy.

The monkey president is quite worried that the incoming Trump administration is going to undo everything he’s done. This is entirely justified.

Trump has mentioned he would annul all of Obama’s executive orders in the first 24 hours of his term, with a stroke of the pen.

And now, congress is about to pass a bill explicitly designed to reverse months of his work.

The Hill:

Legislation to allow Congress to repeal in a single vote any rule finalized in the last 60 legislative days of the Obama administration sailed through the House Wednesday, the second time in less than two months.

Ape president btfo.

The GOP-backed Midnight Rule Relief Act, which passed the previous Congress in November, was approved largely along party lines by a vote of 238-184 on the second day of the new Congress, despite Democratic opposition.

If passed by the Senate and signed by President-elect Donald Trump, the legislation would amend the Congressional Review Act to allow lawmakers to bundle together multiple rules and overturn them en masse with a joint resolution of disapproval.

The White House has already threatened to veto the bill if it were to make it to President Obama’s desk before he leaves office.

After a few months Trump running the show, it’ll be like Barack Obama was never even president. His programs will be dismantled, his orders will be rescinded, his laws repealed en masse.

The election was, in part, a referendum on the whole democrat program of stealing White America’s money and transferring it to multinational corporations and brown people. And we decided that we’re no longer interested in it.

Trump has the mandate to undo all of it, and he’ll probably do it quickly before moving on to his own glorious agenda.
