This is it, kids.
You can now be sentenced to decades in prison for having sex with your girlfriend, if years afterwards she decides to say that one of the hundreds of times you had sex, she didn’t “consent.”
This is such abject lunacy that I’ve failed to fully process it. I’m trying, but trying to fit this into my brain is a square peg in a round hole type situation.
I am absolutely unable to grasp how this is real life.
Harvey Weinstein did not apologize to his victims but said he felt remorse for the men and women in the #MeToo fight before he was sentenced to 23 years in prison for sex crimes in a landmark case that ended with his accusers sobbing and hugging each other in court.
The 67-year-old, who is in poor health and will not be eligible for parole for 20 years, could potentially spend the rest of his life in prison after his sentence was handed down in Manhattan criminal court on Wednesday.
The disgraced Hollywood producer’s defense team slammed the punishment as ‘obscene‘ and already vowed to appeal.
Weinstein was sentenced to 20 years on the criminal sex act charge for forcibly performing oral sex on production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006. He was sentenced to three years for third degree rape for the attack on Jessica Mann in 2013.
Just in case you forgot, both of those women admit to having “consensual” sex with him after this “non-consensual” sex took place.
This entire concept of “consent” is now on par with the mystery of the sphinx.
Weinstein, who still faces separate sex crimes charges in Los Angeles, was wheeled out of the court in his wheelchair immediately after and will now be taken to the maximum security Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill, New York.
After two of his accusers confronted him in court with their victim impact statements, Weinstein broke his courtroom silence to say he felt ‘remorse for this situation’ but said he was perplexed by the case and the #MeToo climate in which it unfolded.
He offered no apology to his victims.
Harvey Weinstein has become a martyr.
He literally did nothing wrong.
Women deserve to be drowned in cages.
‘We may have different truths, but I have remorse… For all of you and for all the men and women going through this crisis right now in this country,’ Weinstein said, adding he was worried about ‘thousands of men’ being denied due process in the #MeToo era.
‘I’m totally confused. I think men are confused about these issues,’ he said in a calm but creaking voice, adding that he had fond memories of his accusers and believed he had a ‘serious friendship’ with both Mann and Haleyi.
Looking back during the trial at emails he exchanged with his accusers, he said he thought they had a good friendship.
‘I’m not going to say these aren’t great people. I had wonderful times with these people,’ he said.
Yeah and I’m sure they had great times with you Harvey – when you literally fulfilled every aspect of the bargain you made with them.
Or rather: that they made with you.

Never forget: these women came to Harvey Weinstein, because he was a powerful man. They offered sex to him in exchange for professional favors. He gave them the professional favors.
Then these filthy whores decided to claim that he “raped” them – in-between sessions of non-rape sex.
Basically, a woman can now come at you seven years after you had a sexual encounter with her and say, “we started having sex and I was consenting, then about five minutes in I stopped consenting, and then two minutes later I started consenting again” – and you are a rapist and have to go to prison for decades.
We are officially completely off the rails here.
Heterosexual sex is now de facto illegal, because any time you engage in it from this point forward, the woman can go to the police – years later, or whenever – and say that she didn’t consent to it, and you have to go to prison.
Retards and faggots and retarded faggots are saying “yeah but Harvey Weinstein is a grotesque Jew so he deserves this.” These people are apparently too dumb to understand the obvious fact that this is the entire point of this whole circus: you had to have a grotesque figure that disgusted everyone in order to set this precedent.
They literally passed out pictures of the guy naked to the jury, even though it had absolutely nothing at all to do with the case.
There is no way you ever could have set this precedent with a handsome or even remotely normal looking man. You also couldn’t have done it if the women were not attractive.
You had to have these two elements:
- Absurdly repulsive man, and
- Exceptionally attractive young women
But now, you have a precedent.
And the precedent does not say “it has to be a filthy fat kike and a fertile young shiksa.”
The precedent is:
- A woman who was involved in a years-long sexual relationship with a man decides that at some point, one time they had sex wasn’t consensual.
- The man has to go to prison.
This absolutely means that any ex-girlfriend you have can call the cops and say “yeah, we were in a relationship for five years, but this one time when we had sex I didn’t consent to it, so he is a rapist.”
She doesn’t have to present any evidence.
All she has to do is get on a stand and cry.
And you have to go to prison.
It doesn’t matter if you didn’t know she didn’t consent. It doesn’t matter that she sent you emails talking about how much she loved you after the alleged rape. Nothing at all matters other than that she said there was this one time that you had sex and it wasn’t consensual.
And you have to go to prison.
Literally, any woman you have ever had sex with can call the cops, right now, and say that this sex was not consensual and you have to go to prison. She doesn’t need any evidence. It is like the Nuremberg Trials, where “eyewitness testimony” is enough to convict you.
Look, Man
I don’t know what to tell you.
This is the situation that we are now all in.
Jew lawyers are all now going nuts saying that they’re going to start mass prosecuting new cases they couldn’t prosecute before.

After the verdict came down, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. said:
This is a new day. Rape is rape whether the survivor reports within an hour, within a year or perhaps never. It’s rape despite the complicated dynamics of power and consent after an assault. It’s rape even if there is no physical evidence.
This is the new reality we live in.
And I don’t know how anyone is supposed to deal with it.
So I’m going to advise nothing.
Other than this: understand that you have to have 100% trust in any woman you have sex with. You have to trust her with your entire life. And you don’t just have to trust her right now, you have to trust all of her future selves for however long the statute of limitations is in your state.
And really, you have to trust her forever, because when this rape machine really gets rolling, they are quickly going to remove statutes of limitations, and that removal will be retroactive.
What that means is that right now, as you sit here reading this, any woman you have ever had sex with can call the cops and have you sent to prison. She can have you sent to prison for twenty-three years. Based on absolutely nothing other than her word.
Existence itself is becoming nonviable.
