I’m not going to question the basis of this story. I believe that it is definitely possible for some perverted white man to kidnap and kill a young white girl.
What I will question is why it took 13 years to solve this crime, and how exactly they managed to solve it only 13 years later. It seems to me much more likely – just in terms of probability – that the crime was solved a long time ago, and they just now decided to come out with it, so you could have a bunch of “evil white man” headlines.
The remains of a 17-year-old Rochester girl were found in South Carolina last week more than a decade after vanished on a spring break trip to Myrtle Beach — and a man has been arrested for her murder, law enforcement officials announced Monday.
The body of Brittanee Drexel, who was reported missing on April 25, 2009, was discovered Wednesday in Georgetown County, not far from the popular vacation destination where she was last seen, the Georgetown County Sheriff said at a press conference Monday.
“This is truly a mother’s worst nightmare,” Brittanee’s mother Dawn Drexel said at the press conference.
“I’m mourning my beautiful daughter Brittanee as I have been for 13 years, but today it’s bittersweet. We are much closer to the closure and the peace that we have been desperately hoping for.”
Police arrested career sex offender, Raymond Douglas Moody, of Georgetown, and charged him with murder, kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.
Moody allegedly strangled Drexel on the day she disappeared and buried her body the next day, according to the sheriff.
The long-time investigation led police to an area in Georgetown where Drexel’s body was believed to be buried. Her remains were identified as a positive match through dental records and DNA testing, police said.
Drexel was last seen on Ocean Boulevard after leaving the hotel she was staying at in Myrtle Beach.
I’m sure they dug up the body last week. But the idea that they just now got a tip on it is not especially believable.
We are in the middle of a mass demonization campaign of white men. It’s gone into overdrive in relation to the abortion issue, as well as really also the Russia issue (Russia being the last white country with any power).
This body turning up so long after the fact is truly suspicious.
I have read several articles on this this morning and not found one that goes into any serious detail about the process, or that explains why it took so long. Presumably, the killer himself was the one who revealed the burial spot. So why did they not question him earlier? How is it possible for it to take this long, unless there is some serious new lead?
The man they’ve now arrested was named as a person of interest in… 2012.
A decade ago.
So he would have been monitored since that point, and known that he was being monitored.
