It’s all so tiresome. You’ve got to read this to believe this:

An idealistic young American couple was killed in an Islamic State-claimed terrorist attack last month while on a cycling trip around the world.
Jay Austin and Lauren Geoghegan, who were both in their late 20s, last year quit their office jobs in Washington, DC, to embark on the journey. Austin, a vegan who worked for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Geoghegan, a vegetarian who worked in the Georgetown University admissions office, decided that they’re were wasting their lives working.
Georgetown is bugman central.
Every smart bugman who wants to work in the government or possibly finance makes a beeline for Georgetown. Dumb bugmen go to schools like American University and George Washington, lol.
And the crazy thing is that DC is like 85% black. You have huge crime problems. If you venture into the downtown, you gon’ get stabbed. Like Seth Rich. Who, if I didn’t know about the DNC thing, I would assume was a retarded millennial bugman apparatchik like these two who decided to go on a whole Dances With Niggers urban safari and ended up getting shanked.

At least the ‘tard is smart enough to not go traipsing around the middle-east on a fucking pedal-machine. But the whole cult of Safety First! was a Boomer thing, so I can’t blame them for partaking in it. Some boomer Good Samaritan might report you to the cops for cycling without a helmet. Seriously. But back to the Millennials.
The couple documented their year-long journey on Instagram and on a joint blog. As The New York Times put it, they shared “the openheartedness they wanted to embody and the acts of kindness reciprocated by strangers.”
“You read the papers and you’re led to believe that the world is a big, scary place,” Austin wrote.
“People, the narrative goes, are not to be trusted. People are bad. People are evil.”
“I don’t buy it,” he continued. “Evil is a make-believe concept we’ve invented to deal with the complexities of fellow humans holding values and beliefs and perspectives different than our own… By and large, humans are kind. Self-interested sometimes, myopic sometimes, but kind. Generous and wonderful and kind.”
However, Austin and Geoghegan’s dream trip came to a tragic and gruesome end when they got to Tajikistan, a country with a known terrorist presence. They were riding their bikes through the country on July 29 when a car rammed them, according to CBS News. Five men got out of the car and stabbed the couple to death along with two other cyclists, one from Switzerland and the other from the Netherlands.
Two days later, ISIS released a video showing the same men sitting in front of the black ISIS flag. They looked at the camera and vowed to kill “disbelievers,” according to The New York Times.
Some conservatives have framed the tragedy as a cautionary tale about not just the perils of travel but also naivete in general. In their telling, an overly generous understanding of human nature is behind much of today’s progressive movement, including calls to radically scale back immigration enforcement and policing and support for socialism.
Some liberals, for their part, might view Austin and Geoghegan as martyrs in the struggle for a better world, or simply as unfortunate.
I wouldn’t even cycle outside of my relatively white suburb in the US. But these guys decided to skip Level 1 and go straight to the Boss Level with ISIS without training in da hood.

Georgetown admissions is a big deal. Urban and Housing Development… not so much. But DC is absolutely chock-full of people that look and act like them that run the government.
Polite people. Well-dressed. Health-conscious. Elitist to a T. Hormonally imbalanced. Hopelessly naive.
They know nothing about the real world. Evil as a concept – well according to them, it doesn’t even exist. Danger doesn’t really register in their minds either. This is just like putting an animal on an island without any predators and then after 4 generations, re-releasing it into the wild. The animal loses its innate fear of predators.
American white neighborhoods are that island. Northwest DC is a bubble. The inhabitants have no idea what evil is. What war is. What enemies are.
And they literally cannot fathom what it is that we’re so worked up about! Moslem invasion? Oh puhleeth, don’t be a worry-wart, thilly little boy. They’re jutht here for the pajama-party thleepover!! Yaaaay!
These people are functionally children.
You cannot reason with them without running into roadblocks that are inherent in their understanding of the world.
These are Eloi, Lotus-Eaters, Shire-Folk. And they have no idea that Morlocks exist.
And they will resent people like you pointing out that there are, in fact, monsters out there.
Because you’re popping their Xanax-laced bubble.
I guess it’s like the Hobbits being suspicious of the Rangers and resenting them…even though the Rangers kept the borders of the Shire safe, which allowed the inhabitants to lead carefree lives, while the Rangers toiled and bled for them.
Or in Game of Thrones, where the Night’s Watch keep Westeros safe, but no one down South even believes that there’s anything beyond the Wall.
Or the Neon-Nazis that are raising concerns about IMPORTING MILLIONS OF MOSLEM ANIMALS INTO OUR COUNTRIES.
You know, the same Moslem animals that killed those DC cyclists.
But no, nothing will change, and no liberal will become the wiser. Can’t say that I care much about the dysgenic duo’s grisly death. I hate road cyclists as much as I hate liberals for one. And they were probably sent by the CIA to spread AIDS to Tajikistan as well.
