Depraved Black Monster Tried to Kidnap 11-Year-Old White Girl

Amber Hewitt managed to escape the clutches of the evil ogre.

Police said Saturday afternoon they have arrested and charged a person of interest in the attempted kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl Monday.

James Earl Williams, Sr. was taken into custody on warrants from outside agencies, according to Watauga Police Spokesman Sgt. Jason Babcock. Williams was charged with attempted aggravated kidnapping and injury to a child with intent.

He was being held on a total of $1.25 million bond.

James Earl Williams, Sr. is now locked up, but there are still millions more of him loose on the streets.

Wiliiams was taken into custody Thursday around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Whitehurst Drive and Indian Springs Road. That is just less than a mile away from where 11-year-old Amber Hewitt told police a man forced her into his car in the 6100 block of Nelson Terrace.

Hewitt said she was able to break free and run home, though she chipped her tooth on the suspect’s door as she got away.
