Surron Burch.
I think we can all agree that a driver who drags a man down a road for over half a mile, ultimately killing him, is a much greater menace to society than a driver who gave a fat slob a heart attack while attempting to flee from bat-wielding antifa thugs.
But something tells me this negro won’t be getting anywhere close to 419 years…
Allegheny County police said the man who was driving the car during a fatal hit-and-run crash last month in Penn Hills has been arrested.
Surron Burch, 21, was charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and several other charges in the April 28 death of Joseph Morris, 51, of Penn Hills.
Allegheny County sheriff’s deputies found Mr. Burch on Wednesday at a home in Penn Hills. He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail for arraignment.
Investigators believe Mr. Morris was walking home from work when he was struck about 9:30 p.m. in front of 419 Hershey Road and dragged more than a half-mile to the area of 184 Universal Road.
Police found the car involved in the crash May 10 at a housing complex in McKeesport. The car was registered to Modesty Hopper, 21, of McKeesport, who police charged for obstructing the investigation.
