Only nutjob conspiracy theorists would believe that the suicide footage was intentionally destroyed.
Just last month, the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s murder suicide revealed the fact that the prison footage of the events had “mysteriously vanished,” and couldn’t be found by anyone.
Of course, it’s impossible for such things to just disappear for no reason at all.
So it seems the Jews have been busy working overtime for the past few weeks to figure out a good excuse as to why that footage absolutely couldn’t be found, even though it was clearly recorded and almost certainly managed by some kind of automated computer program, and saved on various servers with backups and tight security.
Naturally, since they took almost three weeks to come up with these excuses, they’re completely believable and watertight.
The surveillance video taken from outside Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell on the day of his first apparent suicide attempt has been permanently deleted, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
Epstein, the disgraced financier who was facing federal sex-trafficking charges, was found semiconscious in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, or MCC, in New York around 1:27 a.m. on July 23.
But that video is now gone because MCC officials mistakenly saved video from a different floor of the federal detention facility, prosecutors said in a court filing.
The MCC “inadvertently preserved video from the wrong tier within the MCC and as a result, video from outside the defendant’s cell on July 22-23, 2019 no longer exists,” the court papers say.
The FBI made the discovery last week while reviewing a copy of the video provided by MCC officials, prosecutors said.
“After reviewing the video, it appeared to the government that the footage contained on the preserved video was for the correct date and time, but captured a different tier than the one where [the cell housing Epstein and his cellmate] was located because the preserved video did not show corrections officers responding to any of the cells seen on the video.”
So let me get this straight.
When Epstein, who was the most high-profile individual held in that jail, was found dead, the authorities proceeded to grab a random, unrelated video file off their servers without double-checking it, and then erased all the other footage on that day.
And all this was done due to some kind of “clerical error.”
Moreover, the FBI didn’t intervene to request the footage at that time either, so this destruction of evidence was done unimpeded.
Really makes you think, huh…
Yeah, seems legit.
The filing was made in a case involving Nicholas Tartaglione, a former police officer in Westchester County, New York, who was Epstein’s cellmate on the day of the incident. Tartaglione is awaiting trial on charges that he killed four men and buried them in his yard in 2016. Prosecutors allege that he was involved in a cocaine distribution conspiracy.
The July incident was investigated as a possible suicide attempt, assault or ruse by Epstein to get himself transferred to a different facility. Tartaglione’s attorney, as part of an effort to exonerate his client, asked the jail to preserve video from outside the cell.
The MCC agreed, but “the MCC computer system listed a different, incorrect cell for Tartaglione,” prosecutors said in the court filing.
A backup video system was in place, but the requested video wasn’t available because of unspecified “technical errors,” the court filing says.
Ah, so they even made the effort to come up with a plausible excuse as to why the backups aren’t available either.
It’s all because of “unspecified technical errors.”
Makes sense.
With such thorough and convincing explanations, only the most die-hard conspiracy nut would dare insist that anything untoward was going on here.
But seriously though.
This is the best they could come up with? After three weeks?
The critical footage of a major investigation that earned immediate national attention “disappeared” because of some “clerical error,” and then all the backups were deleted due to “technical errors.”
I thought “destruction of evidence” was some kind of major crime. Is anyone going to be prosecuted for this? Apparently not, huh.
I guess it’s already clear to these people that no one believes in their bullshit, and they’re just going through the motions with their coverup, not even bothering to make any part of it the least bit credible.
But what is anyone going to do about it? Nothing.
