The Israeli Knesset has approved the ‘nation-state bill’ that promotes Jewish-only settlements, downgrades Arab language status and limits the right to self-determination to Jews. Arab MPs chided the law as racist.
The bill, which has the status of a basic law (approximately the same as a constitutional law in countries with a written constitution), was passed overnight to Thursday with 62 votes in favor and 55 against after hours of fierce argument and debate. It will now come into force as soon as it’s published in the Knesset’s Official Gazette.

The bill formally defines the main principles that should stand at the core of the Israeli state and its symbols, such as the flag, the anthem, its capital and language. In a clause that set Arab lawmakers off, the bill explicitly states that “the right to exercises national determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people.”
The critics of the bill argue that such wording makes some 1.8 million Israeli Arabs, a quarter of the population, second-class citizens.
Another contentious clause strips the Arabic language of its official status, instead granting it “a special status” and leaving Hebrew as the only official state language. Although the bill specifically points out that “this clause does not harm the status given to the Arabic language before this law came into effect,” its opponents have been up in arms over the wording change.
At the center of the controversy is the part of the law aimed at promoting the “establishment and consolidation” of Jewish settlements, which is being castigated by the opposition as a shorthand for segregation bordering on apartheid.
The divisive nature of the new legislation that saw thousands of people, including Arabs and secular Jews flocking to streets in protest, has not stopped Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from hailing its adoption as a huge success.
“With this law we determined the founding principle of our existence. Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people, and respects the rights of all of its citizens,” Netanyahu said, as cited by Haaretz.
As the bill was narrowly passed, Arab MPs did not hide their frustration shredding their drafts to pieces in protest before confronting Netanyahu and storming out of the chamber.
Actually, as much as I don’t like the kikes, I say let them do this.

I really like the Ann Coulter approach when talking to normiecons. Here, let me bring you up to speed. All you have to say is, “I want America to have what Israel has,” and then you just watch them struggle and huff and puff and completely crumple in on themselves as they fail to find a good counter-argument that doesn’t come off as critical of Israel.
I usually add a little bit of spice at this point and ask them delicately, “you’re not anti-Semitic/anti-Israel are you?”
Cue frantic protests to the contrary.
“Oh ok then, well then what’s the problem? I think we Americans have a lot we can learn from our greatest ally. Frankly, I think that to be anti-Wall and anti-America First is the same as being anti-Israeli and hating Jews. Did you know that Hamas uses children as human shields? Israel has a right to exist, mmk? And so does America.”
It’s really easy once you get into the habit of putting people into boxes. Like, is he a conservacuck? A MAGApede? A Sargonite?
Or is he a Bernie Bro, an apathetic Boomer, a Bible-thumper or just an apolitical Chad Bro?
Different strategies for different categories of people.
With Bernie Bros, you just focus on DNC corruption, big corporations, the evils of capitalism and unfettered free trade and how we need free healthcare. Once you get them to realize that the one-percent are the Jews, well you’re gravy. Hell, you can even ease him into that by saying, “not all Jews, just the Jewish one-percent” or whatever. Meet them halfway.
With Boomers, you need to gripe with them about Millennials and “kids these days,” so if you’re clever, you’ll play along and start listing the gay shit, the non-White influx and the Feminism as reasons to hate on these kids. Like, “yeah, I agree that the kids are lazy and entitled. They also believe in all this crazy shit like women’s rights… I’m all about equal rights, and equal lefts lol, knowhatimean?” So basically you put him in the position of wanting to agree with you and prove he’s not into what these Millennials are into because he doesn’t like young people by default, so you want to trigger that contrarian instinct/we’re on the same team instinct at the same time.
Bible-thumpers are my specialty. I know my Biblical shit. I’ve actually read and somehow remembered a lot of the Old and New Testament. It’s easy to make a case against the “Pharisees” ie the Jews and the Curse of Cain and about how the tower of Babel was God creating nations and outlawing multiculturalism and about how the end times are coming because the Jews are awaiting the heir of David in Jerusalem who is actually the Antichrist, etc., etc.
Chad bros: you talk about how sluts today are out of control, don’t put out, are full of shit and too many niggers and brown men skewing the ratio. But beware, if they’re the WASPy elite frat kind, they’re not really receptive to this kind of talk. They’ve got it just fine and don’t have time for your revolutionary talk… sad, but true.
