Ι am Autolycus and this is the Europa Report for the past week, Αugust 5th to August 12th bringing you the latest news on the Continent regarding new political developments and the ongoing ‘’refugee’’ crisis.
Let us begin with Germany which has been at the forefront of nearly every crucial event during the last year.
It has emerged that 80 percent of all the nonwhite invaders who have poured into Germany over the last 18 months claimed to have no identification papers with them, which is an indication of false “asylum” claims.
The 80 percent figure was revealed by the Bild newspaper, which placed one of its nonwhite journalists as an undercover reporter at a “reception center.”
The journalist signed up as an employee of the Federal Office for Refugees (BAMF) specifically to work inside a “reception center” to gain a first-hand account of how the government processes the invaders.
It is noted, on top of that, that the nonwhite invasion of Europe has continued unabated this year, and the first six months has already seen over 230,000 Third Worlders cross the Mediterranean Sea—more than last year at this time.

As reported in the Bayern Kurier, the invasion is “far from over—in fact it has not stopped at all.”
According to that paper, at least 230,000 nonwhites have crossed the Mediterranean Sea in the first half of 2016—about 20,000 more than the number who invaded Europe in the same period last year.
Nearly 160,000 of the invaders came over the Aegean Sea to Greece, while 71,000 landed from Tunisia and Libya into Italy. In July 2016, at least 20,000 nonwhites landed in Sicily alone.
This figure was only slightly down from the June tally, when 22,500 landed in Italy, which was a 25 percent increase on the figures for May.
The Bayern Kurier article pointed out that the “Operation Sophia” mission launched by the European Union’s border agency Frontex, in cooperation with naval units from various EU states, was acting as an “invitation” and not a deterrent.
Furthermore, another refugee-terrorist has been arrested by German police after being discovered living in an invader center in Mutterstadt, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The invader—a “high-ranking” ISIS fighter in Syria—applied for asylum in Germany in February this year after travelling through Switzerland.

According to the Bild newspaper, a police task force arrested the nonwhite terrorist after they received information that ISIS had instructed him to launch an attack on the start of the “Bundesliga” championships—the professional association football league in Germany.
Named as Khaled H., the 24-year-old invader first lived in a refugee camp in Dinslaken, North Rhine-Westphalia, before moving to Mutterstadt.
Incriminating photographs have been discovered on his cell phone, including one of the refugee-terrorist posing holding an AK-47, and various combat scenes in Syria, police said.
Moving on to neighbouring France where its citizens are urged to take migrants into their homes as official processing centres cannot cope with the huge influx.

Housing Minister Emmanuelle Cosse said the government would offer incentives to charities that help individuals house migrants, proposing that charities would receive 1,500 euros for each migrant they manage to place with a family.
Speaking to Le Monde, the minister added that an additional 3,000 bed spaces would be created at France’s migrant centres by the end of September, however this will still not be enough.
Around 500 migrants are already being housed with private citizens, the minister said, calling it a “great way to create links”. However, she said those who wish to house migrants should be subject to checks to make sure their accommodation is up to scratch, and they must not charge for their services.
Moreover, children in French schools will be taught how to survive a terror attack, following a year of Islamic terrorism that shook the nation.
The French government has released a statement instructing headteachers on “enhanced measures for school safety”, which outlines new security measures including preparing school children on how to survive terrorist attacks.
After the Bataclan massacre in November, the French government published several circulars advising schools on increasing security. But it was after the Nice Bastille Day attack that the Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve and Minister for Education Najat Vallaud-Belkacem signed new measures, stating that the “security of schools is a top priority”.
Across the Channel, in Britain, vote rigging in Muslim communities goes unchallenged because police are too scared of being “politically correct”, as a damning Government report has revealed.
The study, headed by Sir Eric Pickles, found that authorities are not doing enough to stamp out bullying and religious intimidation among Asian authorities during the lead up to elections.
The report has even called for a dramatic overhaul of the electoral system, warning the “integrity of democracy” is at stake.
The Electoral Commission also came under fire for making the situation worse by encouraging the use of foreign language, with Sir Eric saying it “leaves the door open to fraud”.
Sir Eric was chosen by David Cameron to head-up the electoral fraud commission following the voting scandal in Tower Hamlets, East London. Former mayor of Tower Hamlets Luftur Rahman was relieved of his position after he was found guilty of corrupt and illegal practices.
The report found police were unwilling to step in “because of a supposed fear of claims of ‘discrimination’” despite one voter being told he would “burn in hell” if he voted for the wrong candidate.
Sir Eric, a Government anti-corruption champion, said police did not act on tip-offs as they were “too concerned about being pro-active on some issues because of potential allegations of discrimination”.
Safe zones around polling stations, tougher ID checks, ending postal votes and tougher sentences for fraud should be introduced to stamp out electoral fraud, Pickles has said.
On top of that, grooming of young girls by gangs of predominantly Kashmiri men is still occurring on an “industrial scale” in Rotherham because authorities are failing to tackle an organised child sex crime racket, as an investigation by express.co.uk has uncovered.
Express.co.uk has pieced together shocking testimony from victims, campaigners and local residents in a large-scale investigation series being revealed throughout this week.
They all told us how police and the local council is still “failing” thousands of vulnerable girls.
It reveals how organised, criminal gangs of paedophiles are still using the town as their own personal fiefdom, peddling underage girls for sex as part of a multi-million pound crime empire.
The men are predominantly from the city of Mirpur in the disputed region of Kashmir, on the border between Pakistan and India.
Professor Alexis Jay’s astonishing probe revealed at least 1,400 girls were groomed by sex gangs between 1997 and 2013, and unearthed a series of scandalous failings by local authorities.
A recent follow-up report, published by Professor John Drew in March, concluded that the police are now “adequately” tackling child grooming and that historic failures had been “isolated”.
But testimony, pieced together from independent sources, paints a starkly different picture of the authorities’ response. A number of people who gave evidence to Professor Drew’s inquiry expressed open dismay at his findings and told us the grooming of girls is as bad now as it has ever been.
According to various sources, which include victims of abuse and local social workers, cars full of abusers kerb crawling around town, adding it is an open secret taxi drivers still target local schools at home time in the hope of picking up young girls.

In other news from the rest of Europe, Austria will turn its back on the crumbling European Union if Turkey is successful in its controversial bid for membership, as the country’s anti-immigration party leader has vowed.

Far-right party leader Norbert Hofer said Turkey joining the bloc could be the game changer that forces Austrians to call for an EU referendum in a bid to break away.
He said: “I believe that people are able to learn, that political structures are able to develop, and that Austria will contribute to making Europe better.
“There is one exception, however, that is if the EU decides to let Turkey join the Union. Austrians will have to be asked whether they want this.”
His remarks come amid fresh discussions between Turkey and EU bureaucrats after Ankara demanded an acceleration on its application in return for taking back migrants seeking asylum in Europe.
Also, as other migratory routes north have closed, migrants have converged on the Italian city of Milan, in what Italian press are describing as an “invasion” of thousands of migrants and fear of thousands more.
In past weeks, caravans of migrants who arrive in southern Italy have made their way north, only to find their progress halted by tight borders with France, Austria and Switzerland. The result has been a growing migrant population forming in such areas as Lake Como, Ventimiglia and now the Italian industrial capital of Milan.
The migrant bottleneck caused by renewed border controls has been exacerbated by a growing number of migrants who have abandoned hope of making it to Germany or Sweden and now look to Italy as their final destination.
As a result, Amnesty International warned of a buildup of migrants on Italy’s border with Switzerland and demanded clarification from Swiss authorities over reports by children that they had been sent back when trying to join their parents there.
Switzerland said the buildup was due to an influx of African migrants seeking passage to north European countries such as Germany. Any individual requesting asylum would be granted the opportunity.
Several hundred migrants have been sleeping near the train station in Como, Italy, since July after a Swiss clamp down on crossings.
What is also shocking is the claim that polygamy must become a civil right in Italy similar to same-sex civil unions, which the country allowed earlier this year, as a prominent Muslim representative said.

“There’s no reason for Italy not to accept polygamous marriages of consenting persons,” Hamza Piccardo, founder of the Union of Islamic Communities and Organizations (UCOII), wrote in a controversial Facebook post last week.
“When it comes to civil rights here, then polygamy is a civil right. Muslims don’t agree with homosexual partnership and still they have to accept a system that allows it,” he stressed.
Lastly, Ukrainian president orders forces on border with Crimea and eastern Ukraine on highest alert.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has instructed all military units near Crimea and the eastern Ukrainian Donbass region to be at the highest level of combat readiness. Poroshenko announced the order after a military meeting on Thursday.
The Ukrainian security forces at the border with Crimea are ready “for any turn of events,” the aide to the Ukrainian border service, Oleg Slobodyan, told journalists at the briefing.
He added that “any tasks are carried out in collaboration with the military and the national police,” as quoted by RIA Novosti.
Poroshenko said he has ordered Ukraine’s foreign minister to initiate phone conversations with Russia’s President Putin, as well as the German, French, and US leaders, and the president of the European Council, Donald Tusk.
The Ukrainian president also urged the country’s citizens to refrain from taking trips to Crimea “in connection with the provocations that are being carried out against the country’s people.”
It comes after Russia’s security service said yesterday it had foiled a terrorist attack in Crimea plotted by Kiev.
