Ι am Autolycus and this is the Europa Report for the past week, August 12 th to August
19 th bringing you the latest news on the Continent regarding new political
developments and the ongoing ‘’refugee’’ crisis.
It has been another turbulent week for Central Europe which continues to pay the toll
for the insane immigration policy of the European Elite.
ISIS “hit squads” and “sleeper cells” have definitely entered Germany disguised
as refugees, as Bavaria’s spy agency (BayLfV) chief Manfred Hauser has
announced.

Speaking last week on the BBC’s Today program, Hauser said that his agency has
“substantial reports that among the refugees there are hit squads. There are hundreds
of these reports, some from refugees themselves.
“We are still following up on these, and we haven’t investigated all of them fully. We
have to accept that we have hit squads and sleeper cells in Germany.”
There is also “irrefutable” evidence they are following a command structure, meaning
more Paris and Brussels-style attacks are inevitable.
At the same time, Hans-Georg Maassen, head of the Office for the Protection of the
Constitution has confirmed that there have been at least 340 instances of Islamists
recruiting in “refugee camps” in Germany.
Speaking of ISIS, at least 25 percent of all legally-resident nonwhites living in
Germany who volunteered for active service with ISIS are Turks, the
government has admitted.
The statistics come just one day after a secret German government report was leaked
revealing Turkey’s extensive ties to the Al-Nusra Islamist terrorists in Syria.
According to German media reports, a “significant portion” of the recruits from
Germany who went to fight for the Islamic State (ISIS) “were of a Turkish
background.”
What is also disturbing is the dim prospects of integration of migrants in the job
market which is a major ongoing task for the German government. Actually, in
one Saxon town migrants are refusing to work entirely.

While some experts initially were optimistic about a potential vast new source of
skilled labour, most economists have come to the conclusion that the migrants who
have arrived are for the most part unskilled and poorly educated.
Yet in own Saxon town, they have moved past the usual barriers but the migrants
have declared they don’t want to work anyway, reports OE24.
Bernd Pohlers, mayor of the town of Waldenburg told of how he thought creating jobs
for the migrants who resided at the asylum home in his town would help alleviate
their boredom in waiting for their claims to be processed. The mayor expressed his
disappointment that having gone to the trouble of creating seven job opportunities
they had been rejected outright by the migrants.
The migrants had claimed that they did not have to work at all because they were
“guests” of German Chancellor Angela Merkel who many say invited them to
Germany last year.
“It was subsequently argued by these people that they are guests of Mrs. Merkel and
guests do not have to work,” Pohlers said. The town had created the seven jobs to be
20 hours per week and were part of the controversial one-euro an hour job programs
for migrants that have been pushed by the Federal government.
On the other hand, violent attacks against invader centers carried out by patriots
resisting the Third World invasion of Germany have tripled in Berlin, and are
set to surpass last year’s record nationwide total of 1,005.
According to the most recent official figures, there have been at least 563 “serious”
attacks up to the end of June 2016, including 51 cases of arson.
Moreover, German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere came out Friday in
favor of a partial burqa ban amid a fierce national debate on integration.

“We agree that we reject the burqa, we agree that we want to introduce a legal
requirement to show one’s face in places where it is necessary for our society’s
coexistence – at the wheel, at public offices, at the registry office, in schools and
universities, in the civil service, in court,” he said after a meeting with regional
counterparts from his conservative party.
De Maiziere told public television that the full face veil “does not belong in our
cosmopolitan country”. “We want to show our faces to each other and that is why we
agree that we reject this — the question is how we put this into law,” he said.
De Maiziere indicated that outlawing the burqa only under certain circumstances —
as opposed the blanket ban favored by the hard right of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s
Christian Union bloc – would be “likely to win approval” in parliament.
Moving on to France where a man dressed in traditional Jewish religious dress
and described in reports as a Rabbi has been hospitalised this morning after a
knife attack by a man who was claimed to have shouted “Allahu Akbar” as he
struck.
The 62 year old male reportedly avoided death as the knife narrowly missed vital
organs as he was stabbed around 11:45 am today. France’s Le Journal du
Dimanche (LeJDD) cites “several witnesses” who heard the “Allahu Akhbar” cry, and
reports the comment of Strasbourg Rabbi Mendel Samama who visited the injured
man in hospital, identified locally as a Rabbi called Mr. Levy.
The stabbing took place outside the victim’s home in Strasbourg’s Jewish quarter, just
500 yards from the city’s main Synagogue.
Also, The French government has defended municipal bans on body-covering
Muslim burkini swimwear but called on mayors to try and cool tensions between
communities.

Three Mediterranean towns – Cannes, Villeneuve-Loubet and Sisco on the island of
Corsica – have banned the burkini, and Le Touquet on the Atlantic coast is planning
to do the same.
The mainly conservative mayors who have imposed the ban say the garment, which
leaves only the face, hands and feet exposed, defies French laws on secularism.
The burkini debate is particularly sensitive in France given deadly attacks by Islamist
militants, including bombings and shootings in Paris which killed 130 people last
November, which have raised tensions between communities and made people wary
of public places.
On a brighter side, a Front National mayor has been elected in a southern
French region as the eurosceptic party’s popularity sweeps the nation.

Jean-Marie Moulin, 46, was elected as the mayor of the French region Saint-Bonnet-
du-Gard after the resignation of Sandrine Peridier.
Ms Peridier quit the official position at the beginning of August.
Although she was close to the Front National, she was not officially part of the far-
right, eurosceptic party.
The rising star of the party and niece of the leader, Marion Le Pen, wrote on Twitter:
“Congratulations to Jean-Marie Moulin, the new mayor of Saint Bonnet du Gard.”
The 26-year- old also congratulated the new mayor on Facebook where hundreds of
people commented.
One user of the social media site said: “The Front National is the only party to save
France, the others are not capable.
Moving on to Italy, where campaigners fight to block building of new mosque
close to Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Campaigners in Tuscany are fighting against a plan to build a mosque a few hundred
yards from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
They are concerned that it is too close to the stone tower, one of Italy’s best known
tourist attractions, and fear that it could become a centre for radicalisation of local
Muslims, of whom there are around 600.
The building of the mosque in Via del Brennero has been provisionally approved by
Pisa’s centre-Left council but campaigners are gathering signatures for a petition
calling for a local referendum on the issue.
If granted, it would be the first time an Italian city held a referendum on the building
of a new mosque.
There has been trenchant opposition in other cities, including Milan in the north of the
country, to the construction of Islamic places of worship.
Apart from the threat of radical Islam there has been a steady escalation in the tension
between NATO and Russia.
Two independent sources told EurActiv.com that the US has started transferring
nuclear weapons stationed in Turkey to Romania, against the background of
worsening relations between Washington and Ankara.

According to one of the sources, the transfer has been very challenging in technical
and political terms.
“It’s not easy to move 20+ nukes,” said the source, on conditions of anonymity.
According to a recent report by the Simson Center, since the Cold War, some 50 US
tactical nuclear weapons have been stationed at Turkey’s Incirlik air base,
approximately 100 kilometres from the Syrian border.
One source told EurActiv.com that the US-Turkey relations had deteriorated so much
following the coup that Washington no longer trusted Ankara to host the weapons.
The American weapons are being moved to the Deveselu air base in Romania, the
source said.
Deveselu, near the city of Caracal, is the new home of the US missile shield, which
has infuriated Russia.
We close this week’s Report with the recent Wikileaks documents about the activities
of Soros Foundation in Europe.
Having spent $6 million influencing the 2014 European Parliament elections,
leaked documents show the Open Society Foundations (OSF) hoped the
campaign would centre on condemnation of “xenophobic discourse”. Seeking to
influence the elections, the OSF planned to “mitigate the feared populist surge”
and “limit the damage” they believe is caused by “xenophobic” and anti-EU
campaigns.

The papers show that billionaire hedge fund manager George Soros’ NGO funded
numerous projects to “monitor”, “shame” and “ridicule” what the group calls “hate
speech” across the Europe. While attempting to stamp down on identity politics for
Europeans, the organisation also sought to “amplify” ethnic minority votes in the
elections.
The document notes that the EU elections represent a number of “open society
issues”. Naming these as “minority empowerment” and migration, the OSF says the
democratic process where Europeans elect 751 MEPs “seemed too great an
opportunity for us not to get involved”.
One of the main categories of project the OSF funded was groups working to monitor
and highlight “sexist, racist and xenophobic speech”. Reviewing the project, the NGO
expressed surprise and dismay that despite the money they funneled into highlighting
and countering opposition to “hate speech”, it was not the dominant issue in the EU
elections.
