The family of a British gap year student who went missing in Cambodia after a party have made a desperate appeal for information about her whereabouts.
Amelia Bambridge, 21, was last seen by travelling companions in the early hours of Wednesday at a beach bar party in Koh Rong.
Her discarded purse was later found in the venue which is in a backpackers resort.
The 21-year-old, from Worthing in West Sussex, was due to check out of her youth hostel at noon today to leave the island with a friend.
Her mum Linda Bambridge is now flying out to assist in the search.
She said: ‘This is very out of character, she is normally so organised.
‘I don’t know what to think.’

But the .0001% of the time, if you’ve been missing for more than 48 hours, they’re probably not going to find your body.
But I guess that will be comforting to the stupid mother who doesn’t know what to think about a missing fat drunk slut who left her friends and purse when she disappeared. She can’t just not know what to think for the rest of her life. If there’s not a body laying in front of her, then there ain’t nothing happened.
