I’m not sure why this video is so funny to me.

Maybe it’s just because he’s speaking Spanish.
Or is that Portuguesish…?
Also, please explain to me what the difference between those two languages is, and why the Ports get to have their own language name. I’ve been lobbying for years to have the language I speak renamed “American.” How did Ports get their own language name for a language that everyone else thinks is the same language? Did they lobby the UN?
