Gab Gives a Gift of Joy to Its Userbase and the World at Large

Gab, the Twitter clone that has been mostly allowing free speech as of late and of which I am a user, has given us a gift this Christmas.

After months of my demands, the site is now publicly visible to all who wish to gaze upon it. Previously, it had been only visible to members of the site.

This is to say that you can now go and view my posts and the posts of others such as Azzmador, Cantwell, Boatsinker, UnCL3 and Pepe Memes without signing up.

I think that after having spent time viewing the site, you will be driven to signing up. It is getting a lot better.

I am disturbed by the CTO’s attacks on freedom of speech and mockery of those who believe in it, and fear that CEO Andrew Torba may be having trouble guiding the ship. But thus far, there has only been one speech-related banning, and some of the weirder stuff appears to have been backed-off of.

Whatever the case, it’s a good place for now, I have only been censored once and it was done because the registrar was threatening to shut down the site. The user experience is getting better generally.

So go check out my feed and the feeds of others and consider signing up. It’s a good way to contact me and keep in touch generally.
