German Member of Parliament to be Charged with a Hate Crime for Mentioning Moslem Gang-Rapists

In Germany, it is illegal to talk about Moslem gang-rape.

Even if you’re a member of the parliament, if you mention the fact that Mama Merkel’s children sometimes act up, you can be prosecuted.

Fox News:

A well-known far-right minister in Germany is under fire after sending a tweet that police say flouted laws against “incitement to hate.”

German police filed a complaint against Beatrix von Storch, deputy leader of the Alternative for Germany’s parliamentary faction, over a tweet she sent on New Year’s Eve.

“What the hell is going on with this country? Why is an official police site… tweeting in Arabic?” she wrote. “Did you mean to placate the barbaric, Muslim, gang-raping hordes of men?”

Von Storch’s tweet—in response to a tweet from Cologne police that was in several languages, including Arabic—referenced the 2015 New Year’s Eve celebrations in Cologne, which were marred by disturbing mass sexual assaults against women, mostly by migrant men.

Cologne police told AFP its complaint alleges that the tweet flouted laws against incitement to hate.

Separately, prosecutors in the western city said they had received hundreds of complaints over the lawmaker’s comment.

Von Storch’s account was also blocked by Twitter for 12 hours following her post, and the tweet has since been removed.

She posted the same comment on Facebook, which then also took it down, citing “incitement to hate (paragraph 130 of the German penal code)”.

Twitter and Facebook’s tough stance came as an anti-online hate speech law went into effect in Germany on Jan. 1.

I don’t think that this kind of crackdown on just saying basic facts is sustainable.

The Moslem hordes are engaged in gang-rape. Not just on New Year’s, but all year long. If you are silenced for saying this, as well as potentially prosecuted, you are going to become very frustrated.

Presumably, under this new legislation you will not even be allowed to link to news articles reporting on an attack by a Moslem. Although I haven’t read the rules myself, what it appears is that no negative statements of any kind about Moslems are allowed to be made in Germany, ever, and this includes talking about events that have happened.

The German media has openly refused to report on a recent murder of a white slut by her haji boyfriend, for example, presumably because they were afraid of being prosecuted. I assume that they will continue to report on large-scale terrorist attacks, though to a limited extent and only talking about them in terms of “mental health,” but any individual rape and/or murder is going to be against the law to even mention as a thing that has happened.

This is much more extreme than any speech laws which existed in anywhere in the world under communism. It is arguably the single most restrictive social policy which has ever existed anywhere.

And somehow, these people have the nerve to talk about “freedom for Iran.”
