The best thing about a planet-wide imaginary catastrophe that is always imminent but never happens is that you can just tie anything to it, arbitrarily, for whatever specific interest you have at the moment.
Right now, the interest is to make us eat a plant-based diet, because that has destructive health effects, especially on fertility, which ties in neatly with the overpopulation propaganda being pushed exclusively in countries that already have below-replacement fertility levels.

Officials in Sweden and Germany are discussing imposing a tax on consumable meat to combat ‘climate change’ following a new IPCC report encouraging a plant-based diet, according to local media.
Politicians claim they hope to reduce CO2 emissions and improve animal welfare with a forced reduction in meat consumption.
CO2 doesn’t have any real impact on the climate. This has been proven repeatedly, both by scientific research and by the media’s nonstop propaganda for it.
As for animal welfare – anybody who thinks any animal with a functional brain wouldn’t pick being in a farm over being in the wild knows absolutely nothing about nature.

How to produce one or the other also plays a role, of course.”

You get no benefits from eating too little or no animal products.
