The German authorities made him attend an anti-rape class, yet he still continues a-rapin’.
What the hell is going on here?
All the warnings and, “This is not what we do here”, notices did not help. Shortly after his release from prison, and despite taking part in a course designed to get unrestrained sex offenders “back on track”, a Senegalese sex offender strikes again.
Only three months after his release from prison, police arrested the 46-year-old Senegalese man with a criminal record on Tuesday on suspicion of a threat, sexual assault and deprivation of liberty.
The man had participated in a KURS program in North Rhine-Westphalia (“Concept for dealing with sex offenders at risk of recidivism in North Rhine-Westphalia”) and apparently had not listened properly.
On Monday afternoon, the sex offender is said to have approached the 21-year-old in Cologne’s Sülz district on the street and forced her under threat to follow him into his apartment.
There he sexually assaulted the young woman and held her against her will for more than an hour, reports an online press portal. With the help of a pretext the young woman finally managed to escape.
